We specialize in weddings, parties, everyday floral work, special events and all types of custom arrangements! Puget Sound Floral is online only custom floral design studio located at www.pugetsoundfloral.com. If you prefer to place your order over the phone our phone hours are 9-5 M-F. We are closed on some Saturday and Sunday for events. The calendar through the website will tell you what days we are not available due to event schedule. The studio is not open to the public. However, we are available by appointment if you are planning an event. Please call to schedule a time. We offer you same day delivery via or website phone by 1pm. Please note during major holidays cut off time for same day delivery may vary. Deliver policy: In the event that a recipient is not home or does not answer, your order will be left either at the door, with a neighbor or management office. If these options are not available or the driver feels we are taking a risk, the order will be returned to the shop with a note to contact shop for redelivery. We only deliver during business hours. We well do our best to accommodate time request but can not guarantee an exact time delivery. If you have any concerns about specific delivery times please call.
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
