Product Description
Our amazing design team at Promises Floral and Gift Studio will create you a custom arrangement perfect for the holiday season, with the best seasonal flowers that are sure to impress. This is the only time of the year that we use carnations in our designs--If you have a preference for color, flowers, or type of occasion please note during checkout under special instructions for florist. For larger arrangements, choose Designer's Choice PLUS - Christmas from the arrangements list.
We custom create each piece based on availability and seasonality of flowers, and want each arrangement to be one of a kind. Multiple photos provided for reference (click through!), but every Designer's Choice Bouquet is unique!

About the Shop
Promises Floral and Gift Studio was founded in 2012 when owner and designer Sharyl LaBelle's vision came to pass after 20 years. Years of experience in various floral environments led to the bold step of opening her own floral and gift shop.
After being on the west side of Madison for 6 years, we decided it was time for a move (when our lease was up) and moved to Middleton in September of 2018.
In our new space, we are offering "floral gatherings" a time to get together with some friends and make a floral design you take home with you.
At Promises, we love to craft unique, beautiful arrangements with great character. Stems are chosen at the peak of freshness with a long lasting, high quality bouquet as our goal. Fun, unique, up to date, funky, timeless, and beautiful are all qualities of our floral style. We love to create to your ideas, so please take full advantage of the ability to contact us to customize your design!
In our studio space, you will find gorgeous floral arrangements ready to be adopted, as well as a fantastic selection of gifts. Our gifts are carefully selected with preference given to unique design, specialty items, sustainability, and local small artisans. We want our gifts to say “I took the time to think of you and find something special.”
Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

You can't go wrong with the Designer's Choice! This arrangement was wonderful and Sharyl was a pleasure to work with. Her arrangement was absolutely stunning and much better than something I would have picked out myself. She also went above and beyond to make sure my recipient was able to receive the gift and had excellent communication with me, the sender. I will absolutely order the Designer's Choice arrangement from Promises again in the future.
