About Us
Pretty Petals Arrangements is a flower shop that began in Bakersfield, California. During the pandemic, we offered delivery-based services, bringing beautiful floral bouquets to loved ones during times of isolation. Thanks to the overwhelming support from our customers, the demand for our floral arrangements grew significantly. As a result, we chose to expand and open a storefront in La Selva/Watsonville, California, while still maintaining our delivery services in Bakersfield. Our mission is to bring joy and beauty into people's lives through our exquisite flower arrangements.
Maria Rios’s journey from a successful delivery-based florist in Bakersfield to a cherished floral artist in La Selva Beach / Watsonville, CA, reflects her bold entrepreneurial spirit, deep love for flowers, and her commitment to showing her kids a better life. Inspired by the community and its coastal beauty, Maria and her daughter took a leap of faith and opened their charming, family-owned flower shop, bringing passion, creativity, and a heartfelt approach to every arrangement they create. Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (831) 289-3017, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (831) 289-3017 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
