Pretty in Petals Flower Shop is here to give this community a personal touch with each arrangement being more unique, beautiful and different for each and every customer. Each arrangement will be designed with the recipient in mind so that the arrangement is giving life to the person receiving it.
Pretty and Petals Flower Shop will embody constant education and teaching for my fellow staffers to make sure we are capable of providing custom detailed arrangements as well as provide a service to all who wants a unique twist and extra care in ever flower arrangement we create. We are ready to service our community with the best customer service, dignity and pride, and guaranteed work.
Pretty in Petals Flower Shop will provide service in flower arrangements for all occasions, events, weddings, and funerals. We will also provide services for Homecoming Mums and Prom corsages and boutonnieres as well as special events like baby showers and birthdays.
Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
