How will I receive a new bouquet?
Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (619) 400-9804, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (619) 400-9804 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

The Designer’s Pick of the Week arrangement is crafted as a one-of-a-kind design, using the freshest seasonal blooms available, as described on the product page. I completely understand, however, that this may not have been as clear as it needed to be, and I sincerely apologize for any disappointment caused.
Regarding the delivery, your order was placed the same day, and with the high volume of orders coming in from the weekend, I should have communicated better with you about the delivery time. Your arrangement was delivered around 5:30 PM, but I regret not reaching out earlier to let you know. Clear communication is a priority for me, and I’m working on improving this process moving forward.
I have reached out a couple of times since your review to try to make this right because client satisfaction is always my top priority. If there’s anything further I can do or clarify, please feel free to contact me directly.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
