All of our floral designers are experienced designers and gardeners filled with creativeness and artistic abilities. We have certifications in floral design and work with a variety of florals, and plant gardens. We have the ability to arrange in various styles like traditional, cascading, luxury, contemporary, and modern. We also specialize in event design. We are a preferred florist for corporations such as Netflix, Hulu, The National Civil Rights Museum, Memphis Magazine, Memphis In May International Festive, The Orpheum Theater, Craft, Food & Wine Festival, Phillip Ashley Chocolates, Hope Enterprise and Hope Credit Union, Memphis Business Journal, and others throughout the city. Premier Flowers provides an array of bridal bouquets and centerpieces. We have participated in several bridal events across the Midsouth such as the Hu Hotel's Bridal Meet + Greet, Pink Bride, Macy's Bridal Sip and Scan and the Collierville Bridal Showcase just to name a few. We have worked on weddings as large as 2000 and small as 50 and have freelanced with some of the best events planning companies in the United States. We are a team that pays special close attention to detail and strive to bring out the beauty in each and every stem in your product.

I can't express ample appreciation for the way Premier Flowers Memphis handled my funeral order. First, they had to contact me because of an improper delivery instruction, and once connected, I was able to share with them exactly what I wanted to see in my floral spray. Since She has become a Mother 21 years ago. She never had or Celebrated Mother's Day for her own self. Which in itself is sad.
So I wanted to get her flowers and other stuff to make this Mother's Special for Her. Also tragically she lost her Mother on this Earth due to health reasons 3 years ago. So I really wanted this Mother's Day to be Extremely Bless, Special Good, Happy, Joyful and , Loving for Her.
So to start the process I set out looking for a Good Trust Worthy Florist. Which wasn't a easy thing to do for Me since I live in Florida. And She lives in Tennessee. Nevertheless I Google search Florists in Memphis.
I came across alot in the search results. But alot of them had bad, and sometimes terrifying reviews. Then I came across Premier Florist Memphis. I read all of the Reviews. I saw at least the majority of the customer reviews were good. And the ones that wasn't I believe personally it was their own error in my personal opinion at least.
But one thing stood out in the reviews. They kept thanking and praising one individual for there hard work and great experience. And that person name was Colby.
I decided to immediately give the store a call. And a Woman pick up the phone. And I started asking about the whole process for this Mother's Day. I started explaining My wants and needs that needed to be done for this Mother's Day.
She Explained everything to Me. She was very kind, patient and Understanding. And at this time the store was closed. But she didn't rush me off the phone she took her time with me. We must have been on the phone for at least 20 to 30 minutes.
Then after speaking she told Me if I have any more questions? Don't hesitate to call back. She told Me Her name was Colby, and she is the owner of the store.
Then I responding saying I know who you are. The reviewers keep mentioning you by name. You're very famous in the reviews due to the great customer service they received from you..
So after getting off the phone I place my order of the following next week online
I got the Tribeca Flowers Arrangement, with the Citrus guava scented candle along with her Mother's Day balloon..
When the recipient received Her flowers she was very extremely happy. She Loved the presentation of the assorted flowers with the rocks inside the bottom of the vase it looked very beautiful and elegant. And she loved the smell of the scented candle. It was very beautiful. Along with the Mother's Day balloon. This was her first time ever receiving flowers in her life.
So I just want to Thank Colby and the rest of the Premier Florist Memphis staff for making this Mother's Day 2024 very Special for a well deserving Mother, who deserves all the Good God can give Her through and in The Lord Jesus Christ Mighty Name!

I loved the flowers. They were absolutely gorgeous. The flowers did not arrive until around 2:00 in the afternoon. I would have preferred for them to be there in the morning or at least before noon. Most people get off work at 5:00.

I placed my order just before midnight. BloomNation had the item delivered to the shop before 10am the next morning. I had never seen this type of speed in such a transaction. Their timeliness greatly affected the outcome of my need by allowing the floral shop to receive their inventory and in turn complete their portion of the processing to make the final delivery. In the end, all parties. My ordered product was a Rubber Plant. I have owned them in the past, but the one that BloomNation provided was the best plant of this type that I have ever received. The plant was healthy and in excellent condition. I was obviously well-cared for up to the point of shipment. I couldn't have asked for better customer service in how speedy BloomNation was in their efforts to get their product to the floral shop in a timely manner. I could only wish the arrangement was as what was pictured! Lilies and roses. I've never experienced a bouquet of flowers that made me depressed. That's exactly what this bouquet brought. The young lady I spoke with was very much like a dagger when I called to say I wasn't happy with the flowers. She told me several things i.e. you didn't give us enough notice, we were short on supply. I said the lilies were not budded she corrected me saying they are buds they haven't popped open, they'll probably be open tomorrow. She had told me that she would certainly come and pick them up. After she told me the lilies would probably pop open the next day, I said well I'll wait until tomorrow and see how they look. She then informed me that it was Friday and the shop would be closed Sat. and Sun. and any returns had to be done in 48 hrs. and the shop would be closing within an hour. I ordered on Thur. night and got an upgraded package that looked beautiful with lilies and roses. She told me on Fri. morning that they were short on the roses instead of 8 that came with the package they only had 4 but assured me that she would replace them with equal or greater value. I got carnations in place of the roses and not one lily was open. Instead of open plain to see lilies I got 8 buds!!!! The flowers were drooping/hanging downward!!! I was so excited to give these to my mom. I was excited to see the flowers as I looked over many before choosing the lilies and roses. I never knew that flowers could bring depression expressions!!! These succeeded in doing just that!!! I do not like complaints or complaining but I am very discouraged with the deceptive service that I encountered. Of course it's a rough time in America right now, and I definitely appreciate those who are working to help make life a little better. You should never buy flowers that carry "expressions of depression."

We received your order the night before it was to go out and called and explained to you that due to what was going on in the world and we did not have enough of the EXACT flowers (Roses) to fill your order to value and if you liked we would make substitutions to fill the order to or over value which we did! You agreed. No, it did not look exactly like the photo you ordered and you knew it wouldn't after our conversation with you. We are limited on resources and we thought seemingly you would understand that concerning the timeframe you gave us. The Lilies were not fully open but we did have them, which was a plus for you because you get a longer lasting enjoyment out of your flower. So why on earth would we send a "droopy" flower. We're not in this business to depress people. We're here to make people smile and bring them happiness and we're good at doing it. Yes! we offered to pick up the flower but you refused!!! You insisted on keeping an item for your mother that you claim you did not like. At that point we felt there was not pleasing someone who was determined not to be pleased by any chance. I'm sure by now those Lilies are in full bloom and are much prettier than the bogus review that you have left us. We wish you well and hope that you will have a much lighter attitude during these times of uncertainties especially to small businesses and those that are going above and beyond with honest efforts to bring some joy to the world. Looked nothing like I ordered nor was it even in the square vase as I ordered. The only change that was requested by your shop was the color of the Hydrangeas. No other needed substitutions were discussed. I would love to be able to post a side by side picture of what I paid over $100 for and what I received. Nothing alike

We also told you that we had the pink Roses and due to the upgraded version you purchased that we would need to make some substitutions and add in blooms to fill it to it’s complete value. So NO! It wouldn’t look like the photograph. Your response was “whatever you guys think, I trust you all. She just passed the Bar and I want to send her flowers”.... We added in Mini Calla Lilies along with the the Hydrangeas and Roses. FYI Mini Calla Lilies are valued more than Roses and your flowers also had to be put in a larger container due to size, and a much more expensive vase. However, with that being said the recipient absolutely loved the flower. Which the designer delivered it herself because it was so last minute. Does that count for anything, the recipient’s approval? I don’t buy flowers often, but a friend had died a couple of months ago, so I ordered some flowers. I was not going to be at the funeral so I asked for a picture. The answer to my request was that maybe I would get a picture and maybe I wouldn’t, just depended on who put the arrangement together. I did get a picture but the flowers left much to be desired. So when my sister had surgery I went to another florist for the flowers. Once again I was not happy with what I got. So this time I tried Premier Flowers. I read all the reviews which were all wonderful. I compared their arrangements with every florist in Memphis, and they had so many unique and breathtaking arrangements! And they automatically send you a picture. You don’t even have to ask. Well, the flowers were exactly like the picture on their website. I paid the same amount for all the flowers I bought, but the ones from Premier were by far the most beautiful! I will not hesitate to contact them in the future for flowers because they just seem to me to be a notch above the rest, in quality and customer service.

Not what I ordered AT ALL. No one contacted me to tell me it would be different or look this way. When I contacted the company they said they would remake it but would need the one they delivered back which is extremely tacky to ask the recipient for it back if they were to deliver new ones. The person answering the phone and taking my order was extremely receptive and attentive taking my order. I explained that I wanted something very nice and was willing to pay for it. The arrangement was 175.00 delivered. The arrangement picture sent to me did not in my opinion reflect the cost. It was nice but not $150 nice. Perhaps it was the picture or the wrong picture? I counted 10 flowers? That’s $15 per flower. It was a nice arrangement for perhaps $50 but not $150.

Quite possibly the best customer service experience I've had in years! I ordered 4 arrangements for delivery and ALL of them were simply GORGEOUS! To make things even better, they were unique to anything others had delivered on Valentine's day! Premiere does an AMAZING job for the same or (if judging by value of product), less than the national chain florists!

I have never used Premier Flowers before, but after receiving a beautiful bouquet of the designer's choice, I will definitely be using them again. The flowers were gorgeous, and I loved the eclectic design of all colors and types of flowers. The bouquet really brightened my day. They came in a tall, textured green canister-style vase that is adorable, and I will definitely use it again. It was a nice reprieve from the same old clear floral vases I typically receive.

Outstanding job. Colby is the consummate professional. She fixed a problem created by 1 800 flowers, who I will never use again. They delivered my plant/flower to the funeral home as promised and even gave me a discount on the first ones to make up for the problem with 1 800 flowers ( I ordered two for consecutive weekends). The plants were beautiful. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

The flowers I requested were not available but I received a call to let me know this; the lady I spoke with was very nice and we both agreed that any flowers would work as long as the arrangement was as nice as the original, and it was! My mother had not been feeling well and I wanted to send flowers to brighten her day. I am in Florida, so I googled flower shops in Memphis and noticed Premier had a very good rating. I went on the site and noticed the beautiful arrangements and found one that was perfect. They not only delivered the flowers on time, but sent an email letting me know that my flowers were in route, one letting me know they made it, and another with a picture of the actual arrangement that was prepared for her. the bouquet was beautiful but the delivery guy could not find Turner construction within Methodist Hospital despite very detailed information and my daughter had to leave work and come to your location and pick up her flowers. I paid for delivery and did not get it and it took some of the specialness away by having to go pick them up.

I ordered what I thought would have been the best floral arrangement for my boss' fiance. The arrangement advertised is so beautiful! Unfortunately, the one she received hardly looked like it. I received an email with an actual photo of what she was getting & it hardly resembled the one advertised. Very disappointing. The service and communication with the florist was excellent, however, there were a few problems. I ordered "Daisies a Day" for same day delivery. I was emailed shortly afterwards and told they had no daisies for the arrangement but they could substitute an arrangement of various flowers instead, and they wouldn't be able to deliver it same day. I agreed to the substitution and next day delivery. It arrived around noon the next day. It is supposed to come with a coffee mug (which I wanted), but it came with a small, red vase instead. I paid extra for the medium-sized version, but it arrived with maybe 7-8 flowers, and a few leaf cuttings. The day after arrival the flowers are already wilting. :-(

I do not live in Memphis, but decided to look for a local florist when my aunt recently passed away there. I must say that I have never worked with a florist long distance who put as much attention into my order as Premier Flowers. They had to make some substitutions in the arrangement and emailed to let me know, with a picture of what the arrangement looked like. I've never had that happen before!
