Margaret has been a part of the flower industry for 20 plus years. She has been trained by European flower designers and has been providing exquisite floral designs in the Metro West area for the last 14 years. The design team at Posies is an eclectic collections of designers with various experiences and design influences.

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (508) 650-9999, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (508) 650-9999 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

The flower arrangements are very nice but they were delivered 1 week too early from the date I picked and the date they printed on the actual flowers was one week in the future (the correct date) which I thought someone would have questioned or picked up on when they printed or looked at .
I emailed their customer service but did not receive a response. 7 days later I got another email saying congrats my flowers were delivered even though they had already been delivered 7 days ago. No fresh flowers for our family coming to visit for Easter unfortunately.

Flowers are beautiful. I do want to comment that they are advertised as same day delivery but when completing the order, only next day delivery was available. I began placing the order at approximately 12:30 p.m. I could not find that your website provided a cutoff time for same day delivery. I really wanted my friend to get them on the same day her grandson was born and could have placed the order earlier in the day, had I known. In any event, I appreciate your beautiful flowers and have received them as a gift on a few occasions. This is meant to be constructive and not complaintive only.

I have no idea how the flowers looked since I live in AZ, and I sent flowers to my best friend in MA to be delivered today, 9/10. As soon as I learned that the person I was sending an expensive bouquet to was out of the country. I called to stop or reroute this delivery. I was told by the person on the phone that it was too late and that it had already been delivered. But, I didn't get the delivery notification until an hour later. I would have expected and appreciated a more helpful response from the florist. She could have called the driver and asked them to pick it back up. As a result, I wasted $148 on a bouquet that will sit on their doorstep until 9/15 when they get back. This is the first and last time that I will use this florist and I will be sending flowers often to this address.

This arrangement looked beautiful online but was shockingly tiny when it arrived. The entire bouquet was smaller than my hand--I didn't even know you could grown peonies that small. For $90 I expected more than a tiny nosegay--I could have got a nicer one from the grocery store for $13.

She is usually very appreciative, but when she called to thank me for the flowers she actually asked me who the florist was (they had not put their name on the card--a sure sign that they knew this wasn't something to be proud of) so she could avoid ordering from them in the future!

Grateful thanks for your delivery to my 98 year old mother who now eschews any holiday fuss but absolutely loves this "just-the-right-size" beautiful bouquet.
