Posies By Patti
15 years ago a little voice from within told Patti Kuhn to quit her secure corporate job and buy a floral shop in the quaint town of Ellwood City. With a background in gardening and a passion for flowers and design, that tiny intuition was all she needed to take the leap of faith. Since then, Posies by Patti has transformed into the multi-designer, award-winning flower shop that it is today. Although the floral shop has grown tremendously, the passionate foundation from which the business began has remained the same. From small to large, simple to grand, Posies by Patti designs uniquely for you.

We are a multi faceted family of designers. Passion Driven and each unique to their talents that when brought together creates the most amazing award winning work. We have been honored with many awards from The Knot Best of Weddings to The Knot Hall of Fame award. Wedding Wire Couples Choice and locally Best of the Best for several years. With the recent expansion of our shop we also were honored with the Economic Impact Award for Lawrence County, Pa. To put it simply we love what we do!

I was disappointed that the colors of the arrangement that was delivered was limited to yellow and red. The website photo used yellow, hot pink and orange which was so much prettier and varied. I was disappointed.

This arrangement was extremely disappointing. We even paid extra for the deluxe flowers and tipped. Real arrangement looked nothing like picture, vase was half empty with flowers. I will never order from Posies again, and I plan to contact funeral home to recommend you are taken off their web site as a provider.

Absolutely beautiful arrangement for a funeral service on short notice. The shop called and advised ahead of time that the arrangement may not look exactly as pictured online due to a few factors (I appreciated the transparency and had the opportunity to cancel or change the order if I wanted to). But in person, it looked as good as or better than pictured online.

Some of the flowers were wilted when delivered and pretty hanging in their last leg by the day after. I know they weren’t going to look exactly as pictured but they were not very colorful or vibrant being Mother’s Day.

The basket is beautiful. I am concerned that it arrived in time for the viewing. When I ordered it I was told that it would be delivered on Aug 18th. The viewing was on the 19th. Then I received a message at about 2 in the afternoon that it had been delivered on the 19th. Did it arrive on time?

They contacted me to inform me they didn't have a particular flower that was pictured in the arrangement I chose, just in case that flower was important to me, which is wonderful customer service. The flower arrangement did not look anything like the picture. The roses were not pink. They were green on all the outside petals and the flowers looked like they all needed water. Was very upset with my purchase. Lesson learned. I will definitely order elsewhere next time. I spent $110 for half of an arrangement with flowers that had to be out of water for a Long time.

They sent pictures before delivering to confirm I was satisfied and I received email confirmation once the flowers were delivered! Ordered the arrangement for a Saturday, viewing was from noon-4pm. At 1pm the arrangement was still not there. Called and was informed it was a computer issue. The arrangement was then delivered after it was assembled, luckily the florist was only 0.4 miles away. It was there within 45 minutes, and it was absolutely beautiful.

The roses were beautiful and arrived on schedule (I was surprised that they were delivered on VD which was a Sunday). Previously I ordered from an online service and the flowers arrived dead. My girlfriend ordered flowers online which never arrived. I like to support local business and it makes it a lot easier when they do such a good job. These were for my grandmother's funeral. The family day was Thursday. Friends were Friday. I specifically asked to make sure they were delivered Thursday so all of my sisters and I could see them. We were highly disappointed they were not there when we were.

I live in California and sent flowers to a family member’s funeral in Ellwood City. I spent over a $100 and my mother described it as a very small basket filled with rosebuds instead of open roses. I upgraded to the deluxe basket and did not get a good return on the investment. Also, the message was unprofessionally handwritten, and now I’m left feeling embarrassed about sending a second-rate arrangement.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers from your website and have them delivered to my girlfriend's house September 8th by 9 a.m. When I got to my girlfriend's house September 8th the flowers were not there I got there about 10: 00 am I try to get a hold of your establishment by phone finally got around to talking to a lady named Amber she informed me that y'all don't open up till 9 I said okay well she said she'd send them out right away the flowers were not delivered till 12:15 and the guy that was delivering them he was up the road and about to deliver them to the next door neighbor I yelled out that they were to come here . I talk to Amber again she offered me $20 on my next order I can understand not having the flowers get to my girlfriend's house at 9 since y'all do not open till 9 but why did it take almost 3 hours later to get the flowers?

The flowers arrived beautifully an my wife loved them however the very next morning all of the miniature roses in the bouquet were dead. The bouquet only looked its best for less than one day with the dead flowers throughout the arrangement. I am no very happy with this. The delivery was fine and the service otherwise was good. Howevere, I will reconsider using using them again with this issue.
