You always worry about what you will get when placing an order from hundreds of miles away but the bouquet was beautiful and what we wanted. Service was very speedy. Ordered about 8 am in Minnesota and they were delivered that morning. Will keep the shop info on file for next time.

Designers Choice was very nice! often times it’s just florists getting rid of overstocked varieties. If that’s what happened here, it was not done in an obvious way and the end result was quite delightful! I’d use them again, the element of surprise when you leave it up to the floral designer makes it more fun.
Delivery was late, sometime after 6:00pm. The flowers were pretty, but should have been much more elegant for what I paid for them. I was very disappointed overall.
The recipient of this beautiful arrangement loved it and said they were gorgeous!
Flowers were great. Delivery driver was even better. I was not home at time of delivery, he called with concern to the temperature outside being too cold to leave them. He waiting with them in his car as long as he could until I was almost home.

Delivery time had to be changed to an earlier time but delivery truck was already out. Owner delivered the roses herself so my wife would get them before she left early from work. Great pride in their work and customer service!!

Pondview continues to be my go-to florist for the North Shore area. I order from them many times a year for all occasions. Most recently, I ordered a designer's choice $60 arrangement online (I try to make it into the shoppe when I can) and I requested pinks and purples for my mother in law's birthday, her favorite colors. The bouquet was absolutely perfect, fresh flowers, gorgeous bright colors. Thank you pondview!!

I ordered an arrangement to be delivered same day in sympathy of a death in a co-worker's family. I was unsure because I couldn't see any examples of arrangements on the website (it just said "Designer's Choice") and I am in another state, but the reviews were good so I crossed my fingers - you can rest assured that Pondview Florist will not disappoint! The arrangement arrived on time and was absolutely gorgeous.

I ordered a Mother’s Day bouquet on line based on some photos of different options. I picked the $60 option and also “upgraded”
As I understood this meant they added additional flowers. Not sure if this happened because I didn’t actually speak with an employee, but when the bouquet arrived it was very disappointing. Three gerber daisies and 4 yellow tulips and a bunch of greens. Totals bill was $90 for a low quality bouquet that I could have bought at Safeway for $20. Don’t think I’ll use Pondview again.

As of yet, I haven’t heard from the Birthday girl saying she received the flowers.
When I hear from her, she will say they are beautiful even if they aren’t.
With that said, a picture of the bouquet sent with the receipt or delivery confirmation email to the purchaser would be helpful.

For the price I paid, I expected the size of the arrangement (ie quantity of flowers used) to be bigger and the types of flowers to be nicer (ie less greenery and better quality flowers). I was disappointed with the product, but happy with the timely delivery.

Unfortunately I didn’t think this looked like a $100 arrangement. I indicated it was for a new baby girl and there was very little pink. Just looked like an every day arrangement.
The bouquet my friend got was really disappointing. I paid extra so that it would look like the photo if not more so and the picture she sent us really bummed us out. We all pitched in so we could give her a beautiful bouquet after having her first baby girl and this did not live up to the photo expectation.

First time using this florist and was very impressed. After placing the order online, rep phoned me to advise that the vase pictured was not available and offered alternatives. When they attempted to deliver the arrangement they learned that the recipient would not be home until the following day. They notified me of the change of delivery. I was not pleased with this vase of flowers I ordered for my daughter in law for Mothers' Day. My daughter-in- law sent me a picture and the vase was purple, not clear glass, which did not go with the flowers at all! The vase was not lined with hosta leaves so the stems of the flowers were visible . The lilies looked like they were hanging out of the vase and there were some random things sticking out of the top of the arrangement. I ordered these flowers on Tuesday so this was not a rush order and should have gotten much better care than this arrangement had. I will not use your florist again.

This was purchased online for dear friends in Winchester MA as I now live in Florida. I have ordered from Pondview Florist previously since I did live in Winchester for many years. My friends sent me a picture of the arrangement and I am completely embarrassed by what was delivered. The arrangement has the vaguest resemblance to what was pictured online. It contained VERY few flowers hastily thrown into a vase. Much of what was pictured online was not even in the arrangement. No design sense whatsoever. I even upgraded the arrangement to ensure quality. I could have done better myself. Or gone to the local grocery store. This was a pathetic attempt to "create" something marginally acceptable. Pondview Florist should be ashamed, especially at this time of year when I specifically asked for something memorable when I placed the order. Memorable for sure but for all the wrong reasons.

My niece sent a picture of the flowers which she received and it looked nothing like what I thought I was ordering. Even though the florist did try to call and let us know that the vase would not be the same but the actual flowers and plants were not at all what I thought I ordered and had pictured.
My first time with this Florist, I was very very happy with Pondview Florist, It was Delivered on time, I picked out arrangement on the website and the same arrangement was delivered absolutely beautiful. I had them delivered to my daughter new job as a principal at St. Mary's School in Winchester. I will be using this Florist a lot... It was fine, but the glass cube which was the selling feature was replaced with a blue cube, whatever that means (plastic or glass). Other than that, the new mother said the flowers were beautiful

The flowers were exactly as they appeared online. The delivery service was great, and included a phone call to the recipient. The only disappointment is that the card message was shortened, even though it was less than the maximum number of characters allowed by the online order.

I specifically chose this arrangement because of the purple flowers however, there were no purple flowers in the arrangement that got delivered. It was still a nice arrangement but disappointing. There was also no info on what time the delivery was going to be made. I had to call at 5pm to check if it was delivered or not. It was a pretty good deal they do hand delivery next day for 10 bucks.

It was the first time I had used "on line ordering" for flowers. And I was a little worried that something might go wrong, especially how the flowers would actually look compared to the pictures online. I was was very pleased....they where picture perfect. Over all, it was easy they were on time ( delivery) and my wife loved them.....I'll definitely order flowers from Pondview florist again.

just went to Facebook because the flowers were in the picture. One rose, one Lilly and some greenery. I ordered the standard and it
states that the standard would look like what
is shown. NOT AT ALL. SKIMPY. After taxes and delivery I paid $63 for about 4 flowers. Not happy at all
