About the Shop
For over 50 years, Ponderosa Flower Shoppe has served Camarillo and all of Ventura County. Family owned and operated, we take pride in creating the ideal floral arrangements for every occasion. From today's new styles to traditional arrangements, we are always looking to exceed our customers expectations. We are exploring ways towards reducing our carbon footprint by composting our green and flower waste and have implemented a glass vase/container recycling program.
Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

Ponderosa Flower Shoppe is the place to go for a worry-free experience. Not only did they answer my inquiries quickly, but they followed up with great suggestions. They also sent me a photo of the flowers I purchased, arranged and ready to be delivered. Now that’s a service I’ve never experienced and shocked me into grateful amazement! I always worry that the flowers I purchase from photos listed on a website might be vastly different from what is sent to the recipient. I loved the peace of mind of being sent a photo of the gift. The flowers arrived in a timely manner and were exquisite. Thank you, Ponderosa Flower Shoppe! I will definitely be back. I highly recommend this Flower Shop!
