About the Shop
For over 50 years, Ponderosa Flower Shoppe has served Camarillo and all of Ventura County. Family owned and operated, we take pride in creating the ideal floral arrangements for every occasion. From today's new styles to traditional arrangements, we are always looking to exceed our customers expectations. We are exploring ways towards reducing our carbon footprint by composting our green and flower waste and have implemented a glass vase/container recycling program.
Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

My son-in-law and daughter just loved the flowers. They were for their 3rd wedding anniversary. I didn't know what to send them, so I thought flowers would be nice. They sent me pictures of them, and they look just like this picture. In fact, they sent me another picture a few days later and they looked the same. I was thinking of ordering from an online flower delivery service and remembered that when I placed an order from a local florist for my other daughter that lives in Spring, TX, the local florist flowers are much nicer.
