Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (415) 441-2868, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (415) 441-2868 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

I was disappointed with my purchase. The Radiant Tulips arrangement was pretty but only had 15 tulip stems, not the 20 as described. Also, delivery was left on the lobby floor by the mailboxes even though the recipient was home.

Delivered to different house. I called them and let them know they delivered to wrong house. They weren’t very apologetic. Person mentioned “the bosses” will email or call me tonight or next day to let me know where flowers got delivered. Like.. why would you not check, verify and see what can be done. I called again and let them know it wasn’t really the right house. They did their research and finally redelivered the flowers. They didn’t offer to comp the delivery fee. Just a sorry. Anyway not purchasing from them again.

Recommended by a local florist, I ordered from out-of-state as a birthday gift to a family member new to your area. It’s too bad that the order was not delivered in its entirety. I was told that the flowers are beautiful and aromatic, however the balloon that was to accompany them was not delivered. I only learned of the missing balloon by accident. If I had not been sent a thank you photo I would never have known. Following my phone call Polk Street Florist quickly refunded me for the missing balloon, but the intended moment was forever lost.

However whomever delivered the arrangement did not contact my daughter as per my request and left the arrangement in the lobby of her apartment building without attempting to reach her. ( She was working at home yesterday). My daughter didn't find the arrangement until later in the evening. I was also surprised that the arrangement was left on the floor in the lobby and wasn't wrapped either. Not the best delivery that you usually have done for me.

My daughter-in-law loved The Birds Of Paradise and other tropical flowers used that matched some of the flowers she used for her wedding.
My only regret was some of the Fall Colors shown on the website were substituted for more white flowers. Perhaps if I had spoken to someone like I did in the past this may not have happen. My fault I ordered on line because it was on the weekend and they were close. They were still beautiful just not all the Fall Colors!

I ordered a bouquet online and the arrangement was very pretty. I also had to call to move the delivery date and the staff was very accommodating. However, I received a picture of the arrangement and was disappointed. I ordered the Deluxe version at a higher price and it looked like the standard bouquet - no extra flowers that I could tell. And I wrote instructions for the bouquet to be placed in a taller vase than was shown online, but it was not. I know these are tough times with shortages, staffing and supply chain problems, so I'm going to overlook these disappointments this time. I'm hoping next time will be more satisfactory.

Fantastic garden basket!! I ordered this from Australia for my friend in San Francisco as a get well gift! I had learned a while ago to order through a local florist near to where your recipiant lives to keep delivery costs down. When I visited my friend we went passed Polk Street Florist so I knew the kind of arrangements they did. We are not disappointed with what they put together for her and it is a good option as the plants will keep going rather than a floral arrangement of cut flowers, as beautiful as they can be.
