John started his career in a friends flower shop at an early age and has continued his career for over 40 years. He has owned his floral business for 9 years which is thriving in downtown PLATTSBURG. Stop by and meet John and his staff who will gladly help you! His shop features small gifts, stuffed animals, pottery, home decor, silk arrangements, plus wire service for all your gift needs! All occasions are featured in the store for weddings, anniversary's, birthdays, new baby bouquets, holidays, "just because", "thinking of you", "thank you", "get well", congratulations, graduations, prom corsages, funerals, memorial stones & plaques. Floral placements at local cemeteries. And of course "l Love You"! The shop also features all occasion balloons as well as bouquets. We offer daily delivery services. Overall the arrangement was very pretty. I selected the premium arrangement, and they delivered same day. The arrangement was smaller than what was pictured. I don't see what the $20 upcharge got me. Also the vase was not lavender as the website stated. I understand the website stated things maybe different especially with the flowers. The business should have notified me that the vase was going to be just plain clear glass. For an $80

The staff at Plattsburg Floral & Gift were so incredibly thoughtful when creating the arrangement for the funeral of my friend and coworker's father. I’m sorry to say that I was not impressed with the bouquet that was delivered. I put a note that she loved sunflowers and that I understood if they were not available right now but anything bright and cheery would work. The bouquet was white with a few pink flowers in it. Some yellow and purple mixed in would have helped. What I was most unhappy about was that it was mostly made of carnations which are the cheapest flowers you can get and always make me think of a funeral. It just seemed sparse and cheap for a $50 bouquet.

There is a lot of reviews that it didn't get delivered in enough time but had no problem getting it on the scheduled day. Picture looked better than displayed unfortunately. It was still a beautiful arrangement but it was definitely smaller than the picture even with upgrading my purchase. I don't live in Plattsburgh so hopefully won't have to be worried about purchasing from them again.

I wanted to give a nice review for Plattsburg floral. I was out of town for an extended period and a friend had a death in the family. I ordered a flowering plant online and wanted a specific plant sent to the funeral home since I would not be able to attend. They called me and made arrangements to check their warehouses to get an arrangement delivered within 24 hours. Then they let me know when it was delivered as well.

Ordered the arrangement shown...what was actually delivered were 3 or 4 sad yellowish roses beyond their prime, NO dark red anything, and a few browning pink carnations and tons of the cheap green stems to fill up the vase. Extremely disappointed. Don't waste your money upgrading. The standard picture showed over 26 blossoms. I upgraded to premium and the bouquet my wife received had 15 blossoms and many of the flowers shown not even in the bouquet. Not a great impression when it was our 25th Anniversary.

I bought this arrangement for a local woman who passed away. I prefer late in the day on the same day as the visitation, hoping for it to be delivered tomorrow. John called me about an hour after I placed the order online and let me know they wouldn't get those flowers in time the next day but said they could make me a similar arrangement and take it over to the visitation that day since they were taking some others over there. I really appreciated that! I was worried thinking they wouldn't be there for the visitation because I didn't get them ordered in time. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
