You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (816) 858-2457, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (816) 858-2457 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Not happy. I was advised that the arrangements appearance was not very pretty and that the roses were already wilting. She informed me that I would have been better off ordering from your local grocery store price choppers. I live and work out of state and this is the second time she’s complained to me about the appearance of her arrangement, not being up to speed. I didn’t complain the last time bc I know crap happens. I’ve been doing business with y’all for several years now, and the last couple of times there has been issues with the substance and eye appeal of the arrangements.

I ordered these for my MIL. I was told some flowers would need to be substituted which is fine but when I received a picture of the delivered arrangement, there were practically no flowers in it. There was no substituting with other flowers, there was just more greenery put it. I think there was a total of 3 flowers in the arrangement. Very disappointing for what I paid for this.

I have a long-distance best friend whose family is going through a bit of a difficult time. I wanted to get something for both her and her parents on short notice. I placed the order on a Sunday, the flowers were delivered on the very next day and they were beautiful arrangements with a hand-written card. I could not have been more pleased! The boutonniere was supposed to be white, and it was pale peach. The most disappointing part was the fact that no pins were included with the flower. I had to scrounge in my car and purse for a safety pin to secure it. Please make sure to attach straight pins with your boutonnières!

I ordered a dozen pink roses for my mother's birthday and what I received was very lack luster. I picked the middle of the road package and with delivery and 10% tip which was just under $110 the roses were barely pink and 2 looked horrible, and absolutely no babies breath. This is the worst flower arrangement I've ever ordered. I will never order from this place again. I'm lucky my mom is easy to please but I'm pissed at what I received for $110. Price Chopper has made me far better flower arrangements than this for less money. Learned a lesson the hard way.

The flowers themselves were perfect. The way they handle their notification of delivery messed up the surprise. I received an email staing they were delivered at 4:54pm. I kept waiting to hear from my dtr and at 6pm with nothing i called her and after some conversation i had to tell her about them so she could look for them. Turns out after calling the shop they were still there and would be delivered on his way home in the same apt complex. I was disappointed only with the their process of delivery.

The arrangement we ordered appeared lovely in the photo you sent, which was a nice touch, but as of 10:30 am on Saturday morning, it looked very very sad. The largest hydrangea in the center of the arrangement was completely wilted as was another lower in the arrangement. The spiked flowers also appeared to be drooping but it was the wilted hydrangeas that ruined the entire display.
I had called your shop prior to ordering and asked about whether delivery Friday would affect the arrangement on Saturday for the service and I was assured there would be no issues. If the hydrangeas are that fragile, they should not be offered or included in a floral arrangement. The arrangement we ordered appeared lovely in the photo you sent, which was a nice touch, but as of 10:30 am on Saturday morning, it looked very very sad. The largest hydrangea in the center of the arrangement was completely wilted as was another lower in the arrangement. The spiked flowers also appeared to be drooping but it was the wilted hydrangeas that ruined the entire display.
I had called your shop prior to ordering and asked about whether delivery Friday would affect the arrangement on Saturday for the service and I was assured there would be no issues. If the hydrangeas are that fragile, they should not be offered or included in a floral arrangement. My family and I were embarrassed by the flowers with our names attached and feel that the $157 was not well spent.

I specifically asked for red roses not pink in the instructions section. I Even called and spoke to I believe she said Lora or Lori. Who advised me that she would make a note of it and take care of it for me. I don’t live or work in the state and depend on y’all to help me in express my feelings and sentiments to my wife and daughter while I’m away. Selection and ordering on-line was easy and efficient. The flowers delivered were beautiful and matched the photo very closely. The only reason I am rating this a 3-star is because there was a change in delivery location 2 days before it was due. The new location was outside the normal distribution area, but the person I spoke with on the phone assured me that they could transfer the order to another flower shop and it would go to the new location. That didn't happen, and the flowers were delivered to the first location. I sent a family member to pick it up.

This flower shop is amazing! I put a note letting them know that my mom had recently had surgery. When she showed up with the flowers she saw my mom’s eye patch and knew she could barely see them. Placed an online order early in the week as I wasn’t able to attend my buddy’s father’s funeral. Had hoped the flowers would be delivered by Friday as the online store stated. Called on Friday evening as my friend didn’t respond to saying he’d received them. Called the flower shop and they hadn’t even delivered them and had to look up the details. If I hadn’t called, would they have just pocketed my $63? I paid a delivery fee and left a tip. When I called the woman tried to blame it on the new delivery driver instead of taking ownership, and never offered a refund or anything, just said she would throw a few extra flowers in there, as if that would help. It’s a sensitive situation and this company just didn’t seem to be able to deliver the goods. Won’t be recommending them to anyone. Would actually steer clear.

The arrangement was beautiful. The only small complaint I have is that it was delivered after 5 pm. It was for my wife’s birthday and expected it to be delivered during the day while I was at work. I was already home from work when they arrived. I could have brought home an arrangement with me if I have known it would be delivered so late.

This was ordered after 5PM (via their website--I am 900 miles away) on the Friday before Mother's Day, 2019 for delivery the next day. This was for my daughter who just became a 1st time Mom. I ordered the premium flowers, the most expensive of the set of three options available. Although it was nice of them to send me a photo of the actual arrangement, I was disappointed that it did not look as full as the photo. According to the description, they were to use their best flowers and make it full, but it was not very pretty. Kinda bummed.

Wow, what an experience. I mean, it's just flowers so let's not get too excited but not only do I get the normal payment confirmation notices, but I was sent a picture of the actual arrangement and a delivery notification as well. This is no doubt the most modern flower delivery experience I've ever had and given that this is an industry that has take a long time to modernize, I can tell you that these guys are way, way ahead.

My family and I unfortunately had to move away from the Northland a couple of years ago; but we still have many family and friends in then Metro KC area. With this being said, we continue to use Platte City Flowers and Gifts for all of our floral needs. Always prettier than the pictures on Bloom Nation, they will not disappoint. I recommend that you call them for any speical needs or out of area deliveries, most time they are willing to accomodate.

I ordered the flowers over a week before delivery and when I hadn't heard from my sister, I called the shop around 11:00 to see when they would be delivered. I was told without them even knowing who I was or what I had ordered, that they were out for delivery. After insisting they check, I was asked the delivery name not once, but twice. I was told the order was temporarily misplaced, or as I stated, lost. A lady in the background yelled that they were busy and doing the best they could. I received an email around 2:30 saying the flowers were ready for delivery. It was nearing 5:00 and I still had not heard from my sister, so I called the store again. This time, I was told that two delivery drivers had not shown up that morning and they were doing their best and the flowers would be delivered by the next morning. I told them this was unacceptable and I wanted them delivered now because I didn't know if my sister would be home later that evening to which I was rudely asked, "You left a phone number, didn't you? If she isn't home, we will just call her." I was very nice when I called, but I just didn't appreciate being lied to and the fact no apology was ever given. My sister sent me a picture of the flowers, and even though she loved them, I was less than happy with them. I loved the vintage look and the way they were arranged in the picture and what was delivered barely resembled it at all. It was a bunch of flowers that didn't even resemble the picture lumped together at the bottom and green buds sticking up out of the arrangement. I did not like the fact an email was sent to me once the arrangement was done with a picture showing the flowers completed when I noticed right away it was the stock picture from when I ordered it. I feel this was very deceitful on someone's part. I believe in giving people chances and I don't leave bad reviews or complain, but this shop was unprofessional in how they handled this order and their work was terrible. I feel they lost my order and if I had not called, the flowers never would have been delivered. They threw together an arrangement with flowers that didn't even resemble the original. The fact they lied to me about them being out for delivery and then about not having delivery drivers is enough for me to never order from this shop again. You make a mistake, you apologize for it and make it right, not treat the customer like they did. If you would like a picture of the finished product, please let me know and I would be happy to supply that to you.

Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
