The flowers you delivered were beautiful, but they were not the flowers I ordered. The arrangement pictured (A Brand New Day) was the one I ordered, but what was received was an orchid arrangement with some succulents. As I said, it was beautiful, but not what I ordered.

Easy to order and fast but need to say that the arrangement was a little weak for 230$. Lots of weird reds and oranges. Maybe it’s the time of year, but quality of blooms has fallen from past orders. Will consider different florist for future as this isn’t worth the price.

Very pretty arrangement and a really lovely presentation with a ribbon and pretty paper on the delivery box! However, the colors were not "Jewel Tones" as pictured and included sunflowers, which seem more casual to me than the roses and orchids pictured. Not a big deal, and I will definitely order again, but will not order from a photo.

I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday. She loved them and sent me a picture. The flowers are gorgeous. However, I went with Designer's Choice - Pastel Tones, and there weren't many pastel flowers in the arrangement. I didn't expect the exact arrangement that is in the picture, but I expected more pastel flowers. It is listed as Designer's Choice, so there's that. Honestly, I was very happy with the flowers, because it is easy to tell from the picture that they are fresh and of high quality. In this situation the color didn't really matter. But if it had been important for the flowers to be predominantly pastel, that would have been a bit of a problem. I live out of town and would absolutely order from Plantscaping & Blooms again. I might call instead of ordering online to get an idea of what colors would be used.

I have used Plantscape by Blooms over 15 years. This time the service was poor. A Valentine’s gift ordered 4 days earlier and delivered at night after 7 pm on Valentine’s Day basically after the day was over is unacceptable.

Up until this April 24, I had very good experiences with them. However, on this particular early morning, I placed an order for my wife's birthday, and upgraded the order to "premium" status. In late afternoon, I found out that the individual responsible for assembling the flowers for "premium" status had mistakenly missed this designation in the order form; the "extra" moneys would be refunded, but the flowers would arrive prior to 5 pm. The flowers did not arrive to my wife until I was already home, 6:24 pm. I was credited back for the upgrade. I should have been credited back the entire cost of the order! You cannot redo a special occasion.
Thanks for your response. The measure of a great company is not how they respond when things go well, but moreover how they respond when things don't. I really appreciated you reaching out to me. Other than this last experience, my prior orders had been exceptional!

I needed something special for Valentines Day and I was not disappointed. Their selection is unlike any other florist that I have seen. The creativity put into each design is what makes this company really stand out in the crowd. Ordering was fast and easy. The flowers were delivered early in the day as requested and they were the envy of the office. My Valentine loved the arrangement and 12 days later it is still adorning her desk.
