I have always enjoyed the flowers that we have gotten from you but this time the flowers were not what I had ordered. There were carnations in the picture and they were not there. They were substituted with another flower that does not last. No carnations at all. The mums were a different kind and small. I understand sometimes we have to use different flowers but I think we should have been told as I would never of picked that bouquet with those flowers. Thank you for understanding

I missed a call from the florist stating no one answered the door when she delivered a floral arrangement. The florist didn’t want to leave the flowers in the sun where they would be damaged. She noticed a business sticker on the side of a car parked in the driveway with the same family name and tried the phone number listed on it. She reached the intended recipient, my mom, and then changed her plans to deliver them to my mom’s business site, clear on the other side of town. What service!!! A+ to Pittsburg Florist, that’s why I love this city, people like this that just get it.

All the flowers were vibrant and healthy upon arrival. Though we love how it looks, the flowers started wilting a little earlier than expected (there are a lot in the little vase!). The agent\florist I spoke with assured me that she would handle everything and made sure I had beautiful flowers for my mom homegoing. Boy did she come through. I’m a little disappointed. The arrangement I ordered was cheery and full of color and flowers. The one delivered was ok, but I don’t feel like it’s worth what I paid. I’m happy to send you pictures so you can see the difference. I understand flowers change upon availability of the season, but this should have been filled with flowers not just greenery if you didn’t have the flowers available in the picture online.

The actual bouquet looks nothing like this photo. Although I was only able to see one side from the recipients photo there were no lavender roses, mostly white and pink flowers not roses. So I was disappointed, but, the 7 year old child was thrilled so that was my purpose but I think I should have been contacted to let me know of the changes.

The flowers were perfect, and delivered on time to my Godmother. I asked them to deliver it around a specific time that was convenient for my Godmother, and they were able to make that happen. Unfortunately she wasn't home, and they promptly called me to check if they were allowed to leave it in a shaded area or how they could contact my Godmother. They were very professional and the flowers were protected. We were both quite pleased with their service :)

Pittsburg Florist is my go to for deliveries! My Grandmother was celebrating her 90th birthday in quarantine and they delivered the most beautiful bouquet to brighten her day! I tried to order flowers to send to my granddaughter in the hospital with one of the 800# sites (although it was very deceptive, I actually thought I was ordering from a local florist) and the flowers were not delivered as specified and she was discharged from the hospital. I immediately cancelled that order and ordered from Pittsburg Florist. Not only were the flowers delivered as soon as they could to her friend's house, I received at least two calls about the order assuring me it would be done right away. Also got a beautiful picture of the arrangement before it was delivered. Added them to my contacts and if needed I would definitely call them first!

I have had really bad experience with flower deliveries for important events. I thought I would try a local florist instead of the commercial 800-flowers or fromyouflowers. I live in Texas but the service was in CA. I got the same day delivery option and received an email right away confirming my order. It was delivered as promised and I got the notification when it was. I am very impressed with this company. They have restored my faith that excellent service still exist in the flower business. My only advice to this company is to expand to Houston, Texas please :). Thank you!

This was my first time using Pittsburg Florist. When I went to their website they suggested choosing the Designer's Choice rather than a particular arrangement because due to the CoOVID-19 they may not have all the flowers they would normally have. I chose that and the recipient of the flowers loved them, sent me a gorgeous picture of them and called me again today to thank me for the beautiful flowers.
