Pink D Flower was established in San Juan, Orange County. Our qualified designers have combined floral experience of many successful years and would love to create that perfect arrangement to express your feelings. We are proud to offer a wide arrangement of flowers for your gift giving needs including wedding flowers, Holiday gifts and Thanksgiving flowers. Our designer staff is educated and trainer in Denmark and is an expert in European and American art of arrangement and decoration. Our staff can make any occasion memorable with a professionally designed floral arrangement. Flowers delivered looked nothing like the bouquet displayed. Very disappointed and also embarrassed. Would not purchase from here again.
Flowers looked nothing like the picture I ordered not even in the same color scheme. Very disappointed, asked for a partial refund but no response on that, only responded with offering of a plant.
Wife was very impressed with the orchids. The arrangement was truly beautiful and will be a long lasting memory of her birthday celebration. Thank you again for the beautiful orchids.

The flowers that were delivered were ok, however they were not as described in the photo. When the owner found out she immediately was very responsive and sent a second arrangement. She was apologetic and kind. I understand that flowers aren’t always exactly depicted and the original ones were nice but it’s nice to know she cares that her customers are content

Buyers BEWARE! The flowers I ordered were not the same that were received. I ordered a bouquet with pale pink roses, hydrangeas and orchids and paid for an upgrade to an even larger bouquet than pictured. What was received was not a larger bouquet and it did not have orchids. Classic bait and switch.
When I mentioned this to the owner, he just said “my designer didn’t pay attention to the picture. For next time, you can call me directly and I will give you discount”. First, I do not live in CA and do not anticipate ever needing to send flowers to San Juan Capistrano again and I WOULD NEVER order from a business that is dishonest and is using inferior flowers instead of premium flowers portrayed on their website.
Once again, they went above and beyond! Beautiful flowers with a very quick turnaround time. Definitely have found my flower shop in this part of OC :)
Beautiful flowers, my chick loves them. And they were delivered same day, no hassles.
The flower arrangement is not to your usual standards. The candle is not red as advertised it is more yellow and a little orange. The ribbon is more purple and doesn't match the arrangement. We also paid more for more flowers and there is a total of eight flowers. I have had ordered from you on several occasions and my mother has loved them. Would love to have this fixed to look like a Christmas arrangement.

Very disappointed. I order the above and my friend received something that was completely different. I thought at first they delivered the wrong arrangement but when I called Pink D, she told me I was lucky I got what I got for $60. The basket alone was $60. This is a bait and switch. They offered that arrangement at that price, then carnation s instead of the selected flowers. I wish I could submit the picture of what she received. The color scheme wasn’t even close.

I was really excited to try your florist, but I was extremely disappointed by the flower arrangement as it didn’t look anything like what I had ordered, rather it was a bouquet I could have picked up at the local grocery store for half of the cost.
These flowers were beyond gorgeous. I was so happy with the service I received from Pink D Flower Shop. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. At a time of great sorrow they were very kind and their service was impeccable. Also I thought the price extremely reasonable.
We have been using Pink D for a couple years and they have done an amazing job and the most beautiful designs! I usually pick the Designers Choice because I have realized that it's the best and always looks incredible.

My sister really enjoyed the flowers and they are still doing well. They looked really nice but it was not what I had picked out. I ordered Life of the Party the ones she received were all pick, they are pretty but not what I picked out.
Mothers DAY flowers delivered at 815pm with an arrangement that as totally subpar. Never use them again.
I was highly disappointed with the flowers delivered. Not only did the arrangement look nothing like what I ordered, I also upped the arrangement by paying for the deluxe version of it. The colors were horrific as well and not representative of the flowers I should have received. I did write back to the flower shop about this hoping for a refund but nothing has been issued. I have used them before and was impressed but this was just unacceptable.
I ordered this bouquet for my grandma and aunt on mother's day. I do not live locally, but like to support local businesses. A quick google search and 10 minutes later my order was placed. My aunt called after the delivery to let me know how beautiful the flowers were. Thank you for making their day!
Unfortunately what was delivered wasn’t the same as what I ordered. I was disappointed to see carnations used rather than all roses as I was expecting (since this was how the arrangement was presented when I ordered). The greenery used was also not what was shown in the photo, so it seemed the flowers/greens used were all lower priced flowers rather than the ones I ordered. So that was disappointing.
The delivery arrived on time and was beautiful. The price was great as well.

Wow, so disappointed!!! The arrangement I purchased and the one you guys delivered were totally different. The flowers I selected for my arrangement, were not on the arrangement. You guys substituted all the more expensive flowers with carnation flowers. I paid for an upgrade (deluxe arrangement) and I got the basic arrangement. The base I selected was tall and beautiful. The base you delivered is small and simple.
This is the first and last time I order from you.

The flowers I ordered was not the flowers that were delivered. I called the shop and the owner explained that due to Covid everything was out, however I would’ve appreciated a call and I could’ve very easily remedied the situation by selecting an alternative instead of what was chosen which happened to be something I do not like. Shop owner was nice and apologized but my aunt did not receive what I ordered.

I was very unimpressed with the floral arrangement. For the price paid, considering we paid extra for “Deluxe,” I was shocked to see such a small arrangement with mostly hydrangea flowers. I would not use this florist again as the picture of what you think you are buying is very misleading. The arrangement received was worth $40 at best.
I ordered two different bouquets to the same address and they made the exact same bouquet that didn’t have any of the same look as the product I ordered. My bouquet came with no succulents, yellow roses and didn’t have anything close to the box. Completely made an order that they wanted and nothing similar to the product I purchased. I will never order from here again, unless I want something I didn’t order delivered.

I Ordered this for Mother's Day, to be delivered on Mother's Day and not only was it a day late, the arrangement didn't even look like the picture, nor had even the same flowers in it.

The flowers I ordered were never delivered and I called twice to find out what happen to the flowers and neither time was my call returned. I don't think this is a real company since when I talked to my mother, who was supposed to get the flowers, she informed me that this location is a gas station and this would put the florist inside the gas station.
This was my first time using this florist and the flowers were beautiful! I will definitely use them again!

I'm sorry to say that this was not a positive experience. The flowers were delivered on time, but did not look anything like what I ordered, and were poorly designed. I contacted Pink D about my concerns, they have apologized and they said they will be delivering a proper bouquet tomorrow. If they follow through on this and the bouquet matches what is on the website, I will follow up this review with a positive one.

Much to my shock it was Nothing like the Photo I shopped for on Your website. Although I spoke with my sister & said “Your Welcome,” I can tell you How really disappointed I was when I saw what she received from your Business.... especially when I took the time to shop on line, selecting your Shop Pink from multiple flower shops in your local area....
I purposely chose Your shop because of the Elegance of the Arrangement I saw and selected off your website.... instead of shopping FTD, Pro Flowers or any other On line flower shops due to the past of constantly selecting arrangements, that’s always proven over & over to not even come close to the money or arrangement Ive selected.... Soooo Frustrating....

Great service. Easy online ordering process. Placed a same day order with a couple hours notice and was still delivered on time to the minute.
Was extremely disappointed when my fiancé received this arrangement. The arrangement she received was not even remotely close to what this in this picture.
Less then 6 days later the flowers are pretty dead and don't looks great at all as I saw them myself. Card looks like written by a 5 year old, terrible penmanship, not professional at all. Not to mention the delivery was a fail. I called because I requested AM delivery and at 4pm+ they still were not delivered. Person told me it was on the truck and would be delivered within an hour and that it was with 20 other deliveries since the morning. They apparently can't read requests. THEN apparently that was a LIE.... because the delivery driver told the recipient they were sorry it was late that the delivery got left at the store and they thought it was on the truck. Won't EVER order from them again, it was so stressful that it wasn't going to be delivered for the birthday and I was traveling.
Amazing service.. I live in arizona and was able to call late at night the day prior to the delivery to chamge my message on the flowers.. The shop and delivery did a great job keeping in touch with me making sure the flowers arrived at its correct destination.. Thankyou
I have ordered from other online flower services in the past and have always been disappointed. Heard about Bloom nation on KTLA5 and was extremely happy with the quality of flowers and service. Will definitely order all of my flowers from Bloom nation from now on.
