The Picket Fence Florist opened its doors in April, 1974.We specialize in premium and upscale designs and a wide array of floral lei. Our exotic tropicals are supplied by the largest shipper in Hawaii, which allows our company to ship tropical gift boxes almost every day to anywhere in the United States. Destination weddings is also our forte, servicing Haiku Gardens almost weekly--- the # 1 voted best destination wedding venue by The Knot over 3 years in a row.

My mother in law was overwhelmed by the beautiful orchid she received! She bounces between Mililani and Kailua which made it difficult to know when and where to deliver. Sadie (sorry if I misspelled) called to let me know that Saturday delivery could not happen so she changed the delivery without any problems. We live on the mainland and wanted to make Mother’s Day special for my husbands mother and Tutu and Picket Fence helped make that happen. We are now Picket Fence customers for life. Thank you!!

Delivery person should not be sarcastic when requesting information. We understand an address needed to be updated, but that's what was learned after the fact. The update will need to come from the person itself in order for us to even know where we are sending it to.

A good friend lost her grandmother and due to her husband's Military service, they are stationed a good distance from her family. I researched a few florists in the area and decided to go with picket fence. The prices were very reasonable, but the customer service is why I will continue to use them for all my floral needs. They saw what the flowers were for and added a few extra details, making the arrangement even more beautiful. when it was delivered, I asked for a picture and they sent it via text. Loved the work! Thank you for making a painful season a little more bearable for my dear friend.

My husband got me this arrangement as a surprise and they were able to deliver it to my front door while my husband was at work. The flowers were beautiful and well arranged. I love the fact that flowers wasn’t in full bloom upon delivery because they are so much more beautiful now that the whole arrangement is in full bloom! The scents from the flowers still fills the room and i’ve had them for almost a week.

I’ve used picket fence multiple times to order flowers. Each time was hassle free with on time delivery and they delivered a quality product. I’m ordering online from California and having them deliver locally on Oahu and have have never had any issues. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.

Overall not pleased with the final result. Purchase online was fast and simple; ordered 2 weeks prior to Valentine's Day. Had requested that flowers be delivered by 1100am, however by noon they still had not been delivered. As a result my wife was no longer home so the flowers were left on the porch. They were delivered somewhere between noon and 230pm. My wife was thankful for the flowers, however she didn't know what the picture online looked like to compare it to the actual bouquet of flowers received. The bouquet of flowers delivered were like a sickly version of the online picture. There was a big gaping hole in the middle, only had 2 roses, 3 lilies, and 4 daisies in total. Very disappointed with the overall result. For $100 purchase total a reasonable person's minimum expectation was not met. Give it 2 stars only because wife enjoyed the flowers and the thought but actual bouquet was extremely disappointing compared to the online bouquet description and photo.

My mom loved the flowers. They were much more unique and more variety than ordering from one of the commercial flower sites. I am working in Germany and ordering online was simple. I purchased the “upgraded” version and it was not nearly as nice as I had hoped. It looked exactly like the picture. It would be fine but I paid around $30 extra. It didn’t look lik anything extra was added. I’d probably be ok with it except we could tell the flower we’re old as they started to wilt buy the end of the first day. After 3 days they are pretty dead and my wife threw them out. We have had Customer Service problems with Picket Fence ( impolite delivery lady chewed my wife out for not being at the door when she came .) after this, I think we will take our business elsewhere.

The roses were beautiful! The florist added some other plants (I don't know what they were) which had a brown twig-like stem and round, green leaves with some other pieces of long grass-like stems. The overall effect, my opinion only, made the arrangement a little drab; not “DRAB” but just “drab.”

The second lost star is the delivery. I found out when I got home that the delivery lady was pretty rude when she called my wife seeking entrance into our condo complex. She made it clear that my wife’s absence from our home was an inconvenience. I had hoped to surprise my wife on 13 Feb (the day of delivery) at it is her birthday. My wife was pretty upset when I got home.
When it came to my turn to dealt with the delivery gal, she seemed a bit rushed but was willing to hunt down one of the maintenance guys who let her up to our place so she could put the flowers in front of the door which. I thought was it nice of her but that it was also part of the delivery service being offered. So, bottom line, really beautiful roses, arrangement not to my taste but I'm not an expert by any stretch, stunning vase, pretty expensive (~$300), delivery not so good for my wife but pretty good when I dealt with her.

The flower arrangement was better than illustrated on the website. Customer service was excellent, the employee called me to inform me where she left the flowers because my wife was not home. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
