The flowers I chose were delivered as requested except that the weather was a bit too warm for one of the flower varieties that was in the original arrangement.
Picasso Floral Design’s communication that they would need to make the substitution was timely and straightforward. The substitution they made ended up being lovely and my recipient was very happy with the arrangement.
When they attempted delivery there was no one home, so they immediately messaged my friend to ask if they should deliver at a later time, which fortunately was unnecessary.
Picasso Floral Designs gets five stars from me on both quality and communication. I highly recommend them!

Was disappointed that the advertised arrangement featured sunflowers, which is the recipient’s favorite flower (and why I chose that arrangement) and then notified the day of the delivery that sunflowers are going out of season and there were no sunflowers in the arrangement at all. Don’t advertise an arrangement with flowers out of season. Even paid for the deluxe to hopefully add more sunflowers. Would have chosen something else if I would have known, or a different florist. Lesson learned on my account, bank account included.

Amazing and very personable experience. Found Picasso Floral through google as I wanted a true florists that CREATES not simply duplicates and Colleen did just that! Unique, detailed and simply gorgeous with a nice full finish. I simply shared colors and a few flowers I liked and Colleen brought more than my vision to life. Her photos do not do justice, even though I was sold on the beautiful images. I highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed, and I will be using then again for sure.

I called you from new york and ordered a forever love arrangement. You said you would do your best to recreate what i was looking at on line. The delivery was going to my daughter in north carolina. When you called to place the order, you asked for something similar, to "the flower of love" it had a starting price of $63, but you wanted a $50 bouquet. It had the same flowers as pictured except for the color of the gerberas, and we had to use a different greenery,as you were aware of the substitutions. It in no way looked like it was from a grocery store ! I take great pride in sending out only fresh and well designed bouquets. I do wish I could attach the photo of the bouquet we sent out. Your daughter recieved a fresh, on time well designed bouquet, as we do with ALL our orders. Best regards, Colleen

I ordered this arrangement (Cotton Candy) based on the description that you provided, and by looking at the photo, BECAUSE no lilies were mentioned. My Mother has an aversion to them, and so it is crucial for me to avoid lilies when I order flowers for her. The arrangement arrived promptly (yay!) but included 4 large lilies. It must seem crazy to complain about it, but I will not be ordering from you again. This is the second time that your description and photo misled me.
