I am very pleased with my experience with the Philadelphia Flower Company. I chose the Sunny Sunflowers arrangement to send to my daughter for a same day delivery. She was delighted with the arrangement she received. The photo she sent me was not the same thing I ordered but looked even bigger and better!!! It was a huge bouquet all different bright sunny yellow flowers in a tall vase. So if you need to have a very specific arrangement you should call first to make sure they have it in stock. Otherwise let them make an arrangement of what is available. They did a great job!! Thank you.

The delivered item did not look anything like what i ordered. It was a basket instead of a ceramic dish, it had pink flowers and ribbon instead if all green plants. The few green plants it did have were underwhelming. Disappointed.

There was a small hiccup with my order. When I called to mention it, they apologized immediately and corrected the error to more than my satisfaction. The experience was exactly what I hoped for using a local florist near my mom. The arrangements were beautiful and my mom was very happy, which in turn made me happy. Would definitely use them again

My grandmother lives in Guatemala and has become friends with the taxi driver who takes her to her chemotherapy appointments on a weekly basis. Every few months I send my great aunt flowers from Philadelphia Flower Co. She is in a nursing home. Every time she receives the flowers she is overwhelmed by how beautiful they are calls immediately. They provide her with such joy. I appreciate the time and care you put into each arrangement. We cannot be there for her everyday as we live in another state, but the flowers are a source of happiness for her - please know how important your job is everyday!

I asked for yellow flowers to be added. They were , but the blue ones were removed. So the bouquet was several types of pink flowers with yellow, and white. The bouquet was very plain. I did not specify a type of flower to remove but I assumed you would have chosen a pink one since their were several types. It I love your flowers they always last so long! Thank you

Your driver called me to say they didn’t answer the door I didn’t pick it up in time but heard the message and called right back. He then didn’t pick up so I left a message saying I specifically asked for afternoon delivery cause no one would be home and if u could go back around later. Then I found out they were thrown inside the screen door and by the time they were picked up they had fallen all over and the vase was cracked and broken. The flowers were mashed in some places. This was a high price to pay for flowers I feel I should’ve had a better experience thank you.
