My customer loved her orchid! Thx!

The picture and the actual arrangement did not compare. Very little lavender Color and pink roses were a washed out Color. Too much white and not enough contrast.
Needless to say I most likely will not be placing future orders

I was very disappointed . I ordered flowers on line and chose to have them delivered on Saturday 11/11/23 confirmed all the information gave my credit card info, included a tip and then I received a call saying there was a glitch in the system saying that the florist would be closed on Saturday and that they could not deliver them on Friday and it was only 1:00 in the afternoon. To top that all off I get a text saying the flowers were delivered on Saturday with a picture, when they were not delivered . Please include a note that it was due to an error on your end that the flowers were not delivered on time.

I'm very sorry that there was a problem with your order. We contacted you as soon as we saw you had placed an order for a day our shop was closed. We gave you the option to cancell your order at that time or to have it delivered on Monday.When we spoke to you Friday, You chose to have it delivered Monday. We did not send a photo of the order and did not mark it as delivered until Monday when it was delivered, November13. We did send a note as requestedwhe we spoke on Friday that the delivery had been scheduled for a day our shop was closed.

I purchased a sympathy arrangement for my aunt. Flowers for delivered the following day. My aunt was very pleased with the arrangement and service. I highly recommend this flower shop.

PF Designs put such genuine love into the bouquet I ordered. I am amazed and the love and care that went into the arrangement. I had a fairly specific request and they absolutely nailed it. I am also wildly impressed at how large it was; I am genuinely shocked at how much I got for what I paid. Such a fair and good value. It honestly helped remind me of the good in the world. This came out better than expected! I got the mid range "deluxe" which is usually a little bigger at other flower shops than the regular size and this was HUGE! It looked exactly like the picture, my co worker loved them, and I was blown away! I ordered for a coworker in OH while I am in TX. They made the process so simple, great product, great service, and overall great experience.

The recipient was very impressed and happy.

Beautiful arrangement!

Ordered flowers on Valentine's Day morning.
Only shop around that was open.
After I placed my order online an employee called me back because I ordered flowers for the wrong occasion.
She quickly helped me correct my order and made a beautiful arrangement. I walked in just before closing to pick up my flowers and they were very friendly and professional.
