I never give poor reviews if I can find something good however small it might be, but I have to make an exception in this case. I have ordered from this establishment before and have come across the same problem. It seems they never have the correct flowers to make the arrangements that are advertised. If I wanted an arrangement of fall flowers I would have asked for that. Now my mother has what was supposed to be an Easter arrangement filled with red ,bright orange and deep yellow flowers. They get around it by texting you that they will make it up with very similar flowers. I replied that it was only acceptable if it was VERY similar because I had been down the road with this establishment before. I will not be making this mistake ever again, they have lost my business.

I was kind of disappointed this time around. The flowers looked nothing like what I ordered. I was told that something close to what was offered would be made and sent, but that seems to be not what happened. To your credit, you did inform me of the problem, but the arrangement was sorely lacking this time.

VERY Disappointed when I ordered this beautiful Christmas arrangement. They texted me saying was no longer available and they could do a nice holiday arrangement. So I trusted that they would do something similar and of comparable value for the $95 I was spending....wrong... I even asked them to send me a pic first and was assured they would....they did not....But I asked my friend to whom I sent this to please send me a picture and boy was I not happy. Oh yes, they used a gingerbread house container but honestly, who puts pinks roses and purple daisies in a Christmas arrangement??? SAVE YOUR MONEY AND USE A REAL FLORIST, AWFUL!

I did not receive what I ordered at all. I ordered an expensive deluxe arrangement and did not receive one. It did not look like anything I ordered. The flowers were wilted and half dead. It was delivered in a cracked, plastic container that was taped over the cracks. It was very embarrassing as it was a gift delivered to someone's job. When I attempted to call the florist, I was hung up on before I even got to say what I was calling for and then no one picked up at all all day as I attempted to call back several times up to closing time. There was another number on the card to call for trouble with the order, but no one answered on that line either. Awful!

Order delivered looks nothing like what I ordered. I understand that the container was not in stock but the arrangement is not tall and only has yellow flowers. This is not what I ordered at all and I am not impressed. The order was also supposed to be delivered yesterday and it was not until today. I paid for an arrangement with roses as well and there is none in the order. It only has lilies and carnations. This arrangement is not worth the money I spent on it
