The arrangement I received was absolutely beautiful. Colors were quite different than the example picture so that was unexpected but I actually think I liked it better. My wife loved her flowers! I would only recommend adding pictures for each bouquet tier you can buy. I bought the deluxe, a dozen roses, which is not pictured on the site. Only the half dozen roses are pictured. Regardless, the flowers were beautiful, delivered on time, and came with a customizable note. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I highly recommend this florist. The arrangement was, as the recipient told me, "really lovely"! I originally ordered outdoor plants. The Florist called me to inform me that outdoor plants might not be a good choice since the temperatures were extreme right now and that they might actually be a burden for someone who was recovering from an illness. She was absolutely correct, so I adjusted the order to indoor plants. The plants were delivered within a few hours of my ordering them.

Ordered online from NY state. My Aunt in Slidell loved the flowers! We paid extra to get the Deluxe Upgrade and it was was really worth it! The delivery person saw that no one was home and they put in the extra effort to call me to ensure they could get in touch with my Aunt locally. I was contacted by the florist to let me know that they didn’t have any tropical flowers in stock. That makes sense at this time of year. So I asked for red roses and white lillies and I was told they would supplement with other flowers.
That was not the case. This arrangement was very plain and they didn’t do what they said they were going to do

Ordered a beautiful bright bouquet for my mother's birthday using the online service. I was told delivery was unavailable to her address that day, so i had them deliver to my home and I'd deliver them myself. Shortly after, an associate from Petals & Stems called to see if a few changes could be made to the advertised bouquet because of changes in some floral availabilities. Of course, no problem, I said; then I questioned why the delivery couldn't be made to my mother that day. The florist asked the address, and said the delivery could absolutely be made. I am visually satisfied with the bird of paradise presented in the arrangement. I hope these were your freshest mixed filler flowers because of the purple and orange blooms, especially the lower open orange bloom was not erect. The accompany ribbon bow was not tied appealing. Maybe this is my aging eyes and the photograph. I have not spoken with the recipient. I pray that the flower arrangement was life giving during this time of the physical transition of their son.

Easy online shopping, fast same day delivery. Bouquet was very nice. I was a little disappointed that upgrading the soft mix bubble bowl meant you got bold brightly colored flowers added, which negates ordering the soft mix of light and white colored flowers. I chose this particular arrangement because of the description of soft colors, no bold colors. All in all, a nice arrangement, there was only a couple, tastefully selected bold colored flowers, along with nice white roses and others. I would buy again, knowing this now. Thumbs up.

Just a little side tip for your people delivering, when you deliver some flowers if the person is NOT there, they should simply say these are for her if you want me to leave them I can or I can come back instead of having a bad attitude that the recipient is currently not there. This is the first time I used Petals and Stems. When I called to get information the person I spoke to was not at all friendly and referred me to the website. This was a turn off for me so I continued looking at other options. When comparing arrangements I did not see designs as impressive and quality of flowers as the photos on their website. So I exhaled and proceeded to order this arrangement. I must say the flowers received surpassed my expectations. The website is efficient the delivery was timely, and the product superb. So if you are looking for a friendly chat no, but if you are looking for efficient electronic services and a great unique product YES! Thank you.

I had chosen a less expensive arrangement so as to greet my daughter on her birthday prior to flying in for the evening. It was nice, but I have to say the sunflowers didn't seem fresh and two of the other flowers wilted by the next morning. I checked the water and it was ok, so I pulled the wilted flowers out and topped off the water.
I love Petals and Stems, I'm only communicating this due to the fact that I am a regular customer and know you would want to know.

The delivery person could of called 2118 to come and get the flowers from the front desk . My flowers sat on the front desk as a display cause nurse could not leave the unit . I called the front desk and begged the guy to bring the flowers to the baby ward . The flowers looked wilted.

Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
