Hands down the best flowers I have ever ordered! Petals and roots did an amazing job and have amazing customer service. These flowers were a gift for a birthday. I do not particularly like roses but these were the most beautiful roses I have ever seen in my life! We joked by saying they looked like the beauty and the Beast roses they were so full, Deep red, beautifully big and open! You could smell the beautiful fragrance of them throughout the entire house! I would 100 percent order these again!

My friend enjoy the flowers. And the delivery was on time I requested. The only minor disappointment was that the flower’s shade were different from what you see on the picture. No purple at all and rather evening was in a yellow /orangy pallet

Your quick response time and notification to me and to my daughter of the delivery was extremely helpful, and you even delivered the flowers within a couple hours after I placed the order!! Impressive! Receiving a notification is absolutely priceless! You didn't disappoint me with the arrangement either, and you certainly must've read my mind. From the selection and quality of the flowers, to the arrangement's size and creativeness, it was exactly what I would expect a florist would deliver, especially for the price. I'm told the flowers have remained beautiful and fresh (as they should be) 3 days after the delivery. I know 3 days doesn't sound like much, but I wanted to send a message so that others wouldn't hesitate to call on Petals & Roots.
