I am a huge fan of your shop and purchase from it often. Any time I need flowers or a special gift. I ordered these online and increased by $50 for a larger display. My friend sent me a photo (she thought they were beautiful) but for $150 the arrangement looked very small. Even the vase that it was in was small. I purchase from your ready made in the store often so I feel like i have a good sense for what a $100 versus $150 should look like, so I was disappointed.

The bouquet was absolutely gorgeous however it was much more on the pink and green side than "Purple Pride" as I had expected. My son's prom date's dress was sage green so wanted some contrast with more purple for the pictures. All in all though it was beautiful and online ordering process was smooth and easy. I purchased the 2 white rosé boutonnières for two different weekends. The first one was squished in a tiny box, foliage was bent, the 2nd one was in a bigger box but it looked like many petals were removed leaving the rose looking scrawny, not a full rose. I paid extra for the “deluxe” version of the enchanted garden boutique... which said it added more flowers than the picture (See the description of the arrangement to see what I’m talking about) My friend sent me a picture of the flowers that were delivered, she loved them, and the are very beautiful. However, they are much smaller than the photo :/ so I’m not certain what the “deluxe” up charge was all about. I appreciate your work, but I just feel as though it was definitely underwhelming from the picture, and should definitely be reevaluated in the future.

It's not often that what you order ends up looking even BETTER and more beautiful than what you had hoped. This was the case. I feel like for $90 delivered to a funeral, this item was really small. It was very pretty and flowers were fresh, but it was so small that it was kind of embarrasing to have it displayed up by the casket. I guess you don't get much for $90. ($75 plus fees)
