Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

Absolutely gorgeous! We needed an arrangement for a friend’s funeral and selected the sympathy designer choice asking for white or nearly white flowers. I always like the suspense of a surprise and I was not disappointed. Obviously the designer takes pride in their work. I could not imagine a prettier arrangement! Well worth the money! The arrangement was so beautiful and full and the flowers were fresh and well put together! Wish I could upload a photo. We were so happy with the arrangement and will use Petals by Felicia again. Thanks!

I ordered a spray less than 24 hours before my MIL funeral. It was unexpected and we were overwhelmed but Mrs. Felicia pulled together an gorgeous spray and had it delivered on time. I can't imagine what she can do when she isn't being rushed.
