The pink flowers were turning yellow and brown, not fresh at all. The florist was gone for the day so the man there tried to help by substituting different flowers but it didn't look nice in the end. Very uneven and disjointed bouquet

Lenny Cohen called me to let me know the flower arrangement would be delivered on Friday since the shop would be closed Saturday, Sunday and Monday for the Memorial Day weekend. I ordered an arrangement last minute for the next day and the shop was closed. I still was able to place the order online and wasn't sure I'd be able to request a personalized ribbon due to the timing. The owner called me as soon as the order was placed and reviewed my request. They were super accommodating and were able to give a personalized ribbon, the arrangement was absolutely beautiful and it was done on time despite my last minute order. Ordered online form out of state on a Sunday and they were able to deliver on Monday. They made a personal call to me to let me know the weather was bad and flowers would not last if they left them at the door. They waited at the house until I could reach recipient to get estimated time someone would be home. How wonderful in today’s world! What nice and thoughtful service. I would highly recommend

The actual bouquet looked almost identical to the photo, which I think is great. My friend loved the flowers. The online ordering process is user friendly.
The only thing that I was bothered by is that I thought the shipping charges were steep.

Five stars from start to finish! I was personally called to confirm the order, the ‘flexible’ delivery, and the “no contact” delivery, which I was totally fine with. I was told they had no more purple vases, that a clear vase would be substituted, and that fresh lavender would be substituted for one of the other flowers. Since I know Petals & Stems’ gorgeous work, I would have been fine if they had substituted raw pasta noodles, no questions asked.
The bouquet was delivered - with the purple vase - and my mom called to tell me how gorgeous it was. You guys always do an amazing job!

Highly recommend petals and stems florist!!! I live far away so I didn’t actually see them. I ordered Pitcher full of sunshine for my mother’s 95thh birthday. My mom loved the vase and my mom was “very happy” with the second delivery of beautiful yellow roses! Lenny’s customer service is great and keeps his customers very happy! I was contacted by the florist to offer an upgrade on the vase for free. The bouquet was delivered on time. It was sent to the hospital where my aunt was. She sent me a picture...the bouquet looked just like the picture. Really pretty.

I placed an order for a birthday bouquet late the evening the day before I wanted the delivery. Early the next morning, Petals And Stems called me to confirm my order and to discuss some of the requests I had made. The bouquet was delivered early in the afternoon and was perfect!

My friend, who I sent this to, took a picture and texted it to me. Maybe I missed something in the description, but rather than the greens being a boxwood, they were just pine branches. Perhaps there was a disclaimer saying the final arrangement would depend on what was available.Either way, I was disappointed in what she received for the $72 I ended up paying.

Thankyou. Only one question. I received a Fraud Alert from my credit card co and they asked if I recognized a $1.00 "Flower Delivery" charge. I assumed it was from you so I accepted the charge. I would have liked to have been informed ahead of time..... Was that charge from Petals and Stems Florist? or do I have to be concerned about my credit card ?....... Please advise!

My wife couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. Absolutely stunning. Wonderful personal service as well. Called before hand to make sure someone would be home so the flowers wouldn't wilt in the 90+ degree heat if left outside. My wife ended up picking them up and met the person who designed the piece. Very very friendly environment and would definitely buy from again.

When I made my order for this purchase and delivery, I received a phone call from Petals & Stems florist advising me of a change in some of the flowers. The owner explained that some of the flowers that were to be included in the arrangement had been damaged during the delivery, and that a substitution was being made for those flowers. That was OK with me, and I appreciated the fact that he let me know about the change. I will definitely use this florist in the future should the need arise..

Thank you for the beautiful arrangement. Living in a different state, it is always risky to order online. However, you took the time to call and discuss the order - even made recommendations to make it better. My friends sent a photo and it was lovely. I was extremely satisfied with this purchase. The florist actually called me after placing my order online to inform me that he was able to put the arrangement together for me that day if I absolutely needed it to be delivered the same day, but he warned me that the flowers weren't as fresh as he would like them to be for this arrangement. He recommended I waited one more day for the delivery (which was fine with me) for fresher flowers that would last linger. I got a call from my best friend the following day, when she received this gorgeous arrangement and told me she loved them VERY MUCH! She even mentioned her mom moved all the other flowers she had received and placed this arrangement in a place where it would stand out among the rest. I was very pleased to hear that especially since I live in CA and my friend in NYC - it's harder for me to choose a florist when I am not at all familiar with their work. I will definitely use this company again. My expectations were exceeded and I am very happy with the service provided as well.
