|Around 4pm when I hadn’t heard from my mom that she had received the flowers, I tried to call the flower shop multiple times & I got no answer or no voicemail. It was like the voicemail box wasn't set up, so I couldn't leave anything. When I went to their website on google it said they were closed on Sunday, which then put me in a panic and made me realize she was most likely not getting any flowers.
I would have really appreciated the flower shop to have had some sort of communication with me. If they would have told me that the flowers were going to be delivered at 10pm at night, I would have stopped the delivery in full because that is just way to late for a floral delivery on a Sunday, especially for Mothers Day.
I have done most of my orders through BloomNation & I am really sad to have had this experience especially for my mom on Mother’s Day.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
