My order was placed for the Sweet Day Memories bouquet late evening the day before it was to be delivered. I immediately received a call from the shop telling me some of the flowers weren’t available but offered many other options to still fulfill this look…I thought that was very courteous and professional! When I say the collaborative arrangement was even better than what I wanted…IT WAS! I absolutely loved it…AND it was delivered (with a smile) way before I expected it with the order being placed so late. I will definitely reorder in the future. My only minor suggestion going forward would be a typed card/note versus handwritten!

The flowers delivered looked nothing close to what i purchased with the exception of the roses. I upgraded the bouquet to a deluxe and I’m wondering had I left it as is how much more skimpy it would of looked. The customer service however, A1.. i truly appreciated the immediate communication in regards to my order and the willingness and follow through to see that it was delivered same day. Thank you for that as it truly made all the difference in my experience with local flower shops.

The floral arrangement was beautiful. Unfortunately there was a hiccup with the delivery. The arrangement was supposed to be delivered on Sunday, 14 February. Received an email confirming delivery only to discover that delivery was not made. When I contacted the florist they indicated that it was an error and did deliver the arrangement the next day to our home.

I ordered this planter box for my Mother's 90th birthday. She loved it! The plants, the container it was in, everything. The process of ordering was easy too. I live in Texas and I went online and placed my order. The customer service was excellent. I wanted the plant delivered on a particular day but it was in the middle of the holidays. When it was determined that I couldn't get what I wanted on the day that I requested, Petal Pushers called me to ask if I wanted a different arrangement and/or a different delivery day. I changed the delivery date and it was delivered on time before my Mother's birthday as I wanted. I would recommend Petal Pushers and will use them again for my floral needs. Thank you so much.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
