How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (509) 629-2599, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.

I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentines Day/Anniversary on 2/14/24. The flowers when they arrived were done very well and I was satisfied with the arrangement part. The delivery is why I did not give more stars. We got Sunflowers delivered, which had a different address and name written on them. I had to call and get this corrected. Well, there goes the element of surprise of getting flowers. The lady who answered when I called wasn't the business owner and seemed like maybe just an older relative who answers phones. She gave me to the business owner (which I hadn't asked for) because she couldn't figure out what I was talking about. The owner herself didn't seem very apologetic about the situation which I thought was kind of weird. My parents answered the door for me when the correct flowers were delivered so there was no opportunity for her to apologize in person, which may have been her intent. Simple mistake, easily avoidable too. I probably would try another business if I was getting the flowers delivered, but the arrangement would have been great if I picked it up myself.

Was soooo disappointed when I saw what was actually delivered. Nothing like what I ordered! I paid a premium price for a poinsettia plant that was smaller than the ones that Walmart has for $20! It had other stuff in it that I didn't order at all and a oversized basket that made no sense with the small plant in it. It was a big rip off. I'm very disappointed! I am happy to write a review regarding Petal Me Home Flowers. I have ordered Bouquets thru them twice now and they have been everything they say they are and so much more. The first one was a floral arrangement with a 2 tiered Bird House incorporated in it and the 2nd one is a beautiful flower arrangement with a camping trailer incorporated into it. They are absolutely beautiful and my folks love them completely. Not only are they everything they advertise, they are so much more and last a long time. I found them online and ordered them a week in advance, the transaction was flawless and the delivery was made before noon on the correct day. I chose the "Florist Choice" arrangement and was very impresses. Was a tad worried that i may get some flowers that would be past their prime, but i would say about half the flowers are in full bloom and the other half will bloom in a few days allowing my friend to enjoy them for longer. I ordered a special card that had real flowers on it too (only $3 more), well worth it. They emailed me a photo before they were delivered and also when the delivery was on her doorstep. I would definitely purchase from here again.

Honestly I was not very impressed, with the amount of money the flowers cost I was expecting more flowers not green filler. I felt like I could have found a better arrangement at a safeway flower section. Her favorite flowers are lilly's and that's why I chose this arrangement only to see a pic of them from her and only one lily appears to be open the rest were closed and green still. For the price of the order to match the quality of what I expected out of their description of the bigger version of the arrangement, I'd say they fell short of that and I was disappointed. I'll give 2 stars because the Roses were nice and they made it to the location.

The only down side, which I’m not sure anything can be done about, is the price. A little expensive, but then again I saw other places that were more expensive. My experience as a brand new customer of Petal Me Home Flowers was great! I wanted to send a beautiful bouquet to my sister for her birthday... across many miles. I found that PMHF was in the town where my sister lives. I found a beautiful bouquet in the colors that are her favorites and that included little extras that I knew she would like. the basket was nice enough. good to note, however, i was disappointed that the color scheme shown was not what was delivered, and i would have appreciated knowing that. your pricing was much higher than expected (i work with florists for my business) then to not get what was essentially "promised" by the picture, was disappointing. a courtesy call is industry standard. i would hope you learn from this going forward and make a courtesy call and allow input for any changes.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
