From her beyond incredible customer service, Thoughtfulness in a time of extreme grief, talented floral arranging and help in flower selection, to timeliness of delivery. I was very happy with this shop. I placed my order on the morning of the 8th and let them know that my friend was leaving in the afternoon. They put together a beautiful bouquet and delivered it in a few hours.
