Perfect Petals showed great customer service and got our order out the same day, even when I called at 11:00. They also sent me a photo of the final product and put an extra touch of a beautiful ribbon bow on the vase. The arrangement is beautiful too!

My husband recommended I use Perfect Petals and I am so glad I did! The website was super easy to use, very necessary since I was ordering having to order on Christmas eve. There isn't a background for reference, but the Bear sits 14" tall. I went with the premium flower upgrade and the purple teddy add-on. I chose the Designer's Choice Autumn so I'd know generally what was being delivered, while knowing my love was getting a unique arrangement. The result is absolutely worth the price!!

I received phone calls when there were questions, a picture of my actual arrangement and they bent over backwards to be accommodating when my recipient was out of town for a week. I initially scheduled delivery for Thursday but noticed early afternoon my wife had left work so I called asking if the delivery went out and if not, could you delay the delivery until Friday between 8-3. Brett called me from Derby and I'm in California he let me know that they had attempted delivery a couple of times to the people I was sending flowers to and that he would continue to attempt delivery until they were properly delivered he would keep the flowers fresh and if need be replace flowers that were not fresh in the arrangement with fresh ones it was probably the best customer service that I've ever experienced in my whole life it was that old hometown feeling customer service with a phone call and a positive attitude I highly recommend this company.

I chose this piece because of the whites and lime green colors. Had a feeling I should of called first to speak to someone and not trust directly online. The actual finished arrangement had an awful green dyed looking flower in it that clashed with the lime green that was next to it. Such a poor color and design choice! I don't think I've ever submitted a negative review of a purchase, as I am normally one who will say "lesson learned" and just choose not to repeat business with a vendor. While I thought the florist who spoke with me was incredibly nice and seemed intent on making sure a nice succulent garden was created to memorialize our loved one (she mentioned she was redoing the first attempt, which gave me hope that she really wanted this to meet with our satisfaction), this arrangement honestly just fell far short of our family members' expectations for the charge of $145.00. I authorized the florist a maximum of $125.00, and was expecting to hear back from Perfect Petals to find out if our custom request could be achieved. I had to make the follow up phone call four days later. After seeing this arrangement in person, I checked my credit card expecting the cost to be well below the authorized amount. I told my family members I would be redoing this for them. Based on other online reviews, I have confidence that Perfect Petals usually delivers excellent quality and service, but in this case, I wish I would have done my own work.

I put in my order the evening before they were to be delivered. They were delivered the next day in the early afternoon. I didn't see the final product as I live in another state. I placed an order on a Friday evening for Saturday delivery and they provided! They didn't have the exact flowers for the arrangement I selected, so Tisha called me to make sure it was okay that they used similar flowers. The exact arrangement wasn't available so the florist called to make sure I was ok with the slight alteration.
