I ordered an arrangement after a visit to family. I live out of state but knew that Pelham Manor Florist would take good care of my order, and i was right! Not 12 hours after I placed my order on the internet, I received a note saying that they knew my relatives and would be sending the arrangement with a few substitutions if I was OK with it. I even got a photo of the arrangement in my in-box and a thank you from my relatives within the hour! That type of service is very rare these days. A truly wonderful business all around.

I'm so sorry that you were disappointed with your flowers. Holiday times are very busy and we often have different designer's creating arrangements so styling may not always look exactly like the photo. The selection of flowers and colors should have been consistent with the photo although certain fillers are often substituted. In a few orders we used tulips and additional roses in place of the peonies, which were in short supply. We'd love the opportunity to make your experience a more positive one....please give us a call.

The flowers and workmanship were both very nice, however, I left it up to the flower people to choose because they said they didn't have what I wanted. I asked for a red and white arrangement initially as the deceased was a male fire fighter, but received pinkish purple. I spent $230.00 and was quite embarrassed.

I'm sorry that you felt uncomfortable with your color choice. When we spoke I explained that I didn't have enough red roses and would not be able to get them with less than 24 hours notice. I suggested lavender as an alternative and went so far as to give you the names and numbers of alternate florists. You decided to go with the lavender, which is a very popular combination, shown on our website. Once again I'm sorry you were disappointed but your tribute is now shown as the standard version of our "Lavender Reflections" spray.

The florist was very helpful.She delivered the arrangement early,in anticipation of a severe snow & ice storm.Also,when she heard that the arrangement was for my deceased brother,she volunteered to put a ribbon across,which said Beloved Brother.Unfoortunately,I was not able to attend services,as I live in Virginia..However,other family members that attended,confirmed that it was beautiful.

It's a gamble when you order flowers for someone out of town. I have not had good luck with the 1-800 services so I usually look online to find a florist near the recipient's location. I did that recently when I wanted to sent a Birthday bouquet to my Aunt who lives in a nursing home. I took the chance on Pelham Manor Florist and I couldn't be happier ! Not only was the owner very helpful and professional, but she was very sweet and understanding! The bouquet was delivered to the nursing home exactly when she said it would be. She even sent me a picture of what the actual bouquet looked like! I am very happy and highly recommend Pelham Manor Florist to others !!

I reside in Arizona, but many of my relatives are in NY. When I need to send flowers for happy or sad occasions, I have tried all the internet florists but have never been completely happy with the final result. On fairly short notice, I had to send a floral arrangement for a memorial service which was to be held in Pelham, New York. My search for a florist led me to Pelham Manor Florist. I went online, found an arrangement I liked, and made the order (to be delivered the next day). During the ensuing 24 hours, I received several texts and emails from the Pelham Manor Florists appraising me of the state of my order, including a photograph of the final arrangement. I was also notified when the delivery had been made. They did a terrific job, and I would highly recommend them.

I placed my order on line from out of state and my family told me the flowers and arrangement were beautiful. However the card with my message looked like a baby carriage. The flowers were for an adult au pair arriving from South America.I made no reference to babies in my selections. I am very pleased with the product and the online contact. We placed an order from California for a colleague who had a sudden death in the family while visiting home over the holidays. It was tragic.
