About the Shop
The Pelham Manor Florist is a designer-run flower shop serving the Pelhams and the surrounding communities of lower Westchester. We specialize in high end blossoms and flowering plants, offering the finest in traditional and contemporary arrangements, in addition to complete design services for weddings, parties, special events and corporate décor. Wedding and event delivery area includes upper Westchester, Manhattan, lower Fairfield county Connecticut and New Jersey. We are dedicated to making your floral experience an outstanding one.
Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

I have been using Pelham Florist for years! Every year around this time I send flowers to my sister and Lydia never fails to impress! Her prices are fair and her service is impeccable. Best possible experience I could have ever expected. By the way – I give Lydia a budget each year and let her pick the flowers. They are always over the top beautiful arrangements that make my sister smile ear to ear. Thank you! ---- Florist's Response: Thank you so much for your continued trust.
