I've been in the flower industry since 1992. With small children at home I started small with a flower stand on holidays which is where I got the name - Peddles. I knew in time my business would grow. After a few years I began designing wedding flowers and that was all I did for about 20 years. When Covid hit the weddings were being canceled or postponed. I decided it was time to branch out to daily orders. Now I do both. I keep my overhead low by working from a shop adjacent to my home. Centrally located and convenient it has served me well. Each order is designed by me and most likely delivered by me unless I have a wedding or too many orders to handle on my own. Please always call ahead to check on what I have in stock. I can text over a picture or what is premade. I like people. I am interested. I take my time. If you have time to chat please call in your order for personal service. Leave a message if I don't get to the phone right away. I may be on the line with someone else or in production. I will get back to you ASAP. |I choose this arrangement because it had a lot of pink roses and I liked the pastel greens cradling the bouquet and the opaque vase.I upgraded to the Deluxe in hopes of a few more roses.
The item delivered had bright green leaves sticking out of the top, was crowded with white flowers (maybe this was the Deluxe ?) and came in a transparent vase. The roses were not the baby pink I expected but maybe that's a seasonal/ availability thing. Overall, not quite what I expected. But it works.
My mom absolutely LOVES it.

|They acknowledged knowing about my order which was place more than 24 hours prior and still didn't make it until I arrived to pick it up.
Also this wasn't really a retail location rather a flower shop located at a residential house. I probably won't use there services again.

It is always a big deal when a customer is dissatisfied. I made a mistake. It was me because I always hand write the messages because I feel it's more personal. I sent over a new card and flowers with the correct message because maybe she saves the cards and I want it to be right. Getting a Masters is a huge deal. I'm sorry for the enclosure card mix up. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
