|I am writing to express my disappointment in the floral arrangement I ordered for my mother who lives in Massachusetts. This was my first time using your service and I trusted that the arrangement I selected on your website would be similar to the one actually delivered. However, instead of the sophisticated, elegant arrangement I ordered (please see photo in your order confirmation), my mother received a very basic, unimaginative arrangement what looks like a crafty, inelegant basket (see photo below). It truly looked nothing like the lovely, architectural arrangement I selected.
I understand that there is seasonality to florals and some substitutions may be necessary, especially during a busy holiday like Mother's Day. My wife works in the wedding industry so I understand the nature of the business very well. However, the delivered arrangement was nothing close to the one I ordered.
I am requesting that your florist pick up the delivered arrangement and replace it with one similar to that depicted on your website at their earliest convenience. If replacing the order is not possible, please pick up the one that was delivered (I will instruct my mother to leave it on the porch for contactless pick up) and provide a full refund.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
