Easy online ordering & was informed via email when deliverd. Order was supposed to be roses but was roses & carnations instead. Called location but could not understand because voice message was only on spanish.

The flowers my daughter received were nothing like what I ordered. There were a few stems that matched the picture, but the others were cheap carnation and baby’s breath. There were some mums that looked dead. I paid additional money for a “better fuller bouquet” than the picture and got something subpar. I was so disappointed. I wish I could upload a picture of what was ordered vs received. It looks like one of those “nailed it” memes.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.

To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
