The flowers were amazing and delivery was on time. The cons were that the note I ordered was not attached to the flowers, so the person didn't know who it came from and worse didn't see a personal message.

Well, it was actually delivered on October 1st...but the order clearly says to deliver on October 7. Also, I did not receive an email to confirm delivery of the flowers with v
Balloon. I'm not sure if she got the balloon and I don't want to ask her.... but anyway. So that was the only thing that could have been better. Delivery date and confirmation of actual items delivered after they were delivered. (Either by email or text). Other than that, the flowers were so stunning and your location is so close to my Daughter's home, that I will absolutely call you for all future deliveries to her. The flowers and bouquet looked nowhere near the photo image. The bouquet had 3x less of the image. When I called the store, they did send an additional bouquet the following day, however, I wish they just delivered what was ordered the first time around.

The flowers she received were a completely different bouquet--different and more common/lower quality flowers; different color scheme; no succulent (which is a noted feature of the "Southern Peach" bouquet, and one reason I chose it)...
I wish I could upload an image of the flowers that were actually delivered. It's not even close to looking anything like what I ordered. This was my first time ordering from Park Florist, and sadly the last.

I am disappointed that the arrangement was delivered too late to be viewed at the funeral. After the ceremony, the person in charge at the chapel showed me several floral enclosure cards of late-arriving arrangements which were being taken to the interment which we were unable to attend.

My 90 yr old mother liked the flowers and especially the vase --- but I didn't know that she got it because sent me no notice that it was delivered. I am in Brooklyn, NY and was sending flowers to Richmond, CA. I was waiting for a notice from Park that the flowers had been delivered. I wanted to call my mother after the flowers had been delivered. When I had heard nothing by 5pm her time, I called Park Florist and got a service. I asked to let them know I was waiting to hear that there had been a delivery. I heard nothing back, finally I called my mother at 8pm her time (11pm my time). I found out the flowers had been delivered -- I just had not been informed by Park Florist. Nor did I get an apology today from them for not sending me a notification.
I'm sure their flowers are beautiful, but if you are sending them from afar, and where timing means something to you, I wouldn't trust them.

But very unhappy with services used from me to Park Florist, called a couple times to see if flowers were delivered, 2 different persons asking me for my phone number and they would call delivery driver and call me back. That never happened, my Aunt called me about 8pm and told me she got them.

I wanted to love this florist but alas, the experience was less than spectacular! The staff seem really friendly, but the communication just needs a smidge of improvement.
I ordered flowers on 5/10 via their online portal. The UI of the website is lovely and the photos of bouquets are gorgeous. It was simple and straightforward to provide all my information + the recipient's, and to check out. I left my phone number but I think I forgot to opt in to updates because the website said something like "opt into delivery updates AND special promotions." I don't live nearby so I didn't need promotions and assumed that perhaps they'd update via email like most vendors do.
I chose the fiesta bouquet and paid about $95 dollars total, and clicked same day delivery. I got my receipt promptly and felt assured and satisfied with the payment process. The entire day goes by and I realize around 11 PM that my friend never texted me saying she got the flowers. While they were a surprise, I did sign my name so I was curious as to why she didn't reach out.
I called the next day, 5/11, and a very cordial guy answered the phone. He spoke with his driver and told me the driver had issues getting into the gate (I did provide a gate code and a phone number), but I guess my friend didn't answer the phone. They apologized profusely and said they would try again that day, 5/11 and I reconfirmed all the delivery information as well as gate code, and phone numbers. Again, I felt satisfied with the customer service.
Come 5/12, I corner my friend and say "Did anything show up?" And she laughed and said she got a bouquet of flowers and the card said "Happy Birthday Angel." NOT what I ordered, LOL. I called Park Florist back around 9AM and a new guy answered, apologized, said he would investigate, and call me back to tell me what happened. I never got a call back, and so I called around 4PM that day - 2 times - no one picked up :(
I feel bad for FOUR parties now:
1) The person who ordered that birthday bouquet undoubtedly didn't receive theirs
2) The person whose birthday it was must've been confused
3) Me, because I wasted my time AND money
4) my friend because she didn't get the bouquet I had requested.
Would love a refund or at the very least a delivery of the correct bouquet, but alas! Can't get a hold of them and haven't received a reply on Yelp either :(

Wonderful bouquet! The florist called me notifying me that some of the flowers included in the bouquet were not in the greatest shape and would like to substitute for others.The bouquet they delivered was even more beautiful then the one ordered! My grandma loved the bouquet and stated it was one of the most beautiful she had ever received!!

I wrote in the special instructions section that I wanted to be alerted when the flowers were delivered. They were going to my boss and I wanted to be sure she received them. I did not receive any notification. I now am in this awkward position where I don't want to ask my boss for fear she didn't receive them and if she did, then I should acknowledge it. It just would have been nice if a text were sent to confirm the delivery.

I asked specifically not to ring the doorbell and to leave flowers out front to not disturb the sleeping recipient. I called twice to confirm and wrote it in the order. They rang enough to wake the recipient. I called to let them know three days ago and was supposed to get a call back. No call back. Very disappointed.

Granted, my sister lives on a houseboat in the Harbor, but I purposely choose a local Richmond florist for a Richmond delivery (and paid the $20 delivery). The flowers were left at the Harbor office, where they stayed for the weekend... Disappointed as you SHOULD have called her to pick them up from your truck then.

Not what I paid for, not what you showed me. Super happy that you have Stevie Wonder on your arrangement staff. I seriously doubt that I will be a customer too much longer with this type of result. Either display the description shown on your website i.e. standard, deluxe, premium shown, or re-define your description of customer service. You could have prevented this.

One minor issue: I did call in advance of ordering to make sure the florist had pink peonies on hand, as this was important to me. I was told yes, placed the order, and then when the arrangement arrived it had pink roses instead of peonies.

I purchased the Southern Peach Bouquet and upgraded to the best package. This package was supposed to have the best available flowers in stock and more blooms. Many of the smaller roses where already displaying considerable age and dried up petals. Overall the arrangement was very pleasing but the flower quality for the price was not on point.

Our friend's mother passed away and we wanted to send a floral arrangement right away. I contacted Park Florist because they were located near our friend's home, and because they are an independent florist - not associated with a large chain. Actually I had a horrible experience . I mistakenly selected the wrong date for my order. I called and they greatly were able to get the delivery out the next 2 days . But when delivered they gave me whatever they felt like it was a completely differnt arrangement . Which is possibly understandable if they called to inform me and maybe even gave me an option to decide what I would like to swap it out for . And to finish eveything off. When delivered they left it at the door step. With not even a ring at the door nor a phone call. Last time purchasing from here. Thank you!!

The flowers I bought ahead of time for Mother's Day. Two bouquet for my Moyhet in law and step mom. I saw this one and loved it. When my husband picked it up it wasn't like the photo. The vase was a typical blue vase and the flowers barely had succulents in them. A lot of fillers and the flowers looked wilted. I'm not sure if I will buy next year.

I wasn't entirely happy with the flower selection and the amount of flowers in the arrangement. I understand some varieties are seasonal, but I was very disappointed in the selection that was given. I did not get any hydrangeas, birds of paradise, or tulips. I think the online selection of flowers needs to be updated as the seasons change so people don't think they are getting something that the florist don't have in stock.

What showed up was nothing like this photo. Flower stems were broken, the entire arrangement was poorly constructed with long stems poking out. The types of flowers used were inexpensive and common, it lacked the amount of hydrangeas that should have been in it. I understand not using the same flower if unavailable but it was a poor substitution for what was supposed to arrive. The cost of the flowers used was minimal compared to the price I paid for this arrangement. I included a message to the florist that this was a very special occasion and they did not deliver. I will not be using this florist in the future. Very sad and disappointed with what arrived.

I pick your establishment because you were close to the recipient. Flower arrangement is beautiful as always. I took two stars off due to the poor delivery service. I ordered a bouquet on Friday morning online to be delivered the next day. Towards the end of the day I was told Saturday was not doable and has to be Monday. I said fine. I requested a text when the delivery was made. Monday came and went and nobody texted me. I had to call back the next day to confirm. I think during COVID environment it is very important to let the customer know the delivery is made because nowadays you only leave the flowers outside. When the recipient missed your call, there is a good chance they don’t know the flowers are outside at the front door. The last thing you want is have the fresh flower arrangement sit outside in the hot temperature for two hours!

The zen plant itself was beautiful and was beyond what I have expected. However the customer service was the biggest downfall. I had made an arrangement to have it deliver a certain day. I gave notice to the recipient to look out for something special being deliver. They had stayed home the whole day waiting... It was already evening time when I decided to give Park Florist a call and was told that someone at the shop will give me a call back.. Nothing. No one call to follow up with me. I then called back the next day and was told that they made an "attempt" to deliver, but no was one home. I do not believe that is true. The receipt was in front yard most of the day and was aware something was being deliver. The receipt does not live in a gate community either so there was no excuse as to why it was not deliver! I had paid X amount for delivery. If they were unable to deliver, they could have called me to let me know... The plant finally arrived today, but the process of calling the shop and not knowing if my order will ever arrive was stressful!!

Great service. Very fast and good products. This is my second order. The only thing I’m annoyed with is each delivery to Chevron has been a mess. The delivery driver seems to go to the wrong place each time, then calls the recipient and let’s them know their lost. The recipient of the flowers is busy and it kind of ruins the surprise of having flowers show up when the driver is lost. It’s not hard to locate the visitor area.

I ordered the FTD Sweet Splendor Bouquet online. Paid the extra money for delivery as it was for my girlfriend but I don’t live in the area. Timing is everything when it comes to flowers as a gift. Birthdays are one day a year. Unfortunately, Park Florist delivered a bouquet a week early, so my friend had wilted flowers on their birthday. Also, I paid extra for more blooms and higher quality, but the upgraded price did not match what was delivered.
When I contacted Park Florist, I was not given even an apology. The gentleman told me what he thought happened with the timing, and asked what they could do to make it right. I asked for the bouquet I pitched to be delivered on the day I purchased for, but that didn’t happen. Nothing has happened to correct this timely mistake.

Timely, efficient, dependable but sure is expensive when you factor in everything including delivery. Guess that's what things cost these days. $44.00 for balloons. If I wasn't out of state I would have bought them at dollar store and brought them over myself.

It’s a rip off! I bought the basis one that said “Bouquet will be delivered approximately as pictured”. And the picture on the website had a lot of flowers on it! That’s why I didn’t go for the premium one thinking, basis would be enough! What was delivered had a handful of flowers! Nowhere near what was pictured! If only I can attach the picture of what was delivered here!!!! Not happy at all! You guys don’t even deserve a star!

The flowers I ordered for my daughter in love to celebrate the arrival of my granddaughter are gorgeous! They don’t look like the online photo so if you really want exactly what’s pictures maybe you should specify that in the order notes. However I wasn’t a bit disappointed and actually preferred the final product to the photo...it fit the occasion better. I will definitely use Park Florist’s services again when ordering flowers in the area. Thank you!

I had such a pleasant experience. I live in Los Angeles and was looking online for a local Richmond florist to send some flowers to someone living in richmond. I ordered my arrangement at midnight and it was hand delivered the next morning by 9am! I called in the am to make sure they had received my order and the gentleman was Super nice and had checked the status on my order. Super quick turnaround and the person who received the flowers was more than happy with their arrangement. Will definitely be using them again.
