Had a wonderful experience ordering with Paramount! I called early in the morning to have an arrangement delivered to a hotel. The woman who helped me over the phone was friendly, patient and answered all of my questions, she also confirmed all the details. I placed the order around 8:30am and received delivery notification around 11:30am! The flowers looked gorgeous! Thank you Paramount Floral Designs!

From the courteousness of the woman on the phone (sorry I’m terrible with remembering names, but she was awesome), to the quality of the flowers ordered then onto the short turnaround time for the delivery everything was outstanding.
Great value for the money, but more importantly, I will go back here just because of the way all involved went out of their way to make me feel as if I was a valued customer.

I live down south and wanted to send flowers to my daughter, I went online and thought I found a local place and ordered the flowers. A few hours later I received a message saying I had to pick a different produce because that wasn’t available, then I was told the delivery date was not available. I tired to call and could not get anyone on the phone. When I called the next day, I had to pretend I was placing a new order in order to speak with someone, only to be given promotional offer after offer when trying to cancel. After a few hours, I was finally able to get them to cancel my order & refund me. The process was infuriating. Now it was the day I wanted the flowers delivered, I went online, found Paramount Floral, spoke to a very nice woman (sadly I forgot her name) - told her what I wanted and when I needed it delivered. She said they could do that, I placed the order - a few hours later, my daughter received the most beautiful arrangement of flowers. I will call Paramount Floral anytime I want to send flowers in that area from now on! Wonderful service & beautiful arrangement. Thank you for fixing a mess for this mom!

However, my recipient was sent a huge WHITE, pointed flower which didn't look like a hydrangea at all!!!! I must admit I was disappointed!!!!! Kelly and her team did a phenomenal and most beautiful military wreath for the father of our boss, who served in the Unites States Air Force, and unexpectedly passed away. It was a last minute rush order during July 4th week, but they were able to accommodate a short notice request for a grave site burial at Bourne National Cemetery. Kelly was able to handle this request, with most efficiency and professionalism as I was calling from over 3,000 miles away. She called and email to ensure all details were met and to our office's liking and satisfaction. I received the family's appreciation for such a beautiful floral wreath and the detail to attention with it.

I called to order a spring boquet for my spouse to give her a pick me up after a long winter, just wanted her to smile. When I called to ordet I asked for a afternoon delieveryfor Thursday or Friday. I ordered this for my grieving aunt after losing her husband of over 40 years. I suggested specifically the brightest colors and also a mix of colors: the flowers received were all white tulips, with a ton of filler greenery. I was recommended this establishment due to local family, and not trusting flowers.com. I will hesitate to use you in the future unfortunately, especially due to my specific request. I asked for multiple colors, mostly bright: my aunt received them in all white. I was disappointed at best, especially after paying $85 dollars for something that looked nothing like the preview. I understand representations change due to availability, but that should’ve been communicated; I would’ve changed my order. It seems as though none of my requests were honored, and I’m sadly disappointed in this first experience.

Whereas this is my first experience, the selection process was perfectly fine, while needing to be appropriate, and still being in alignment with formality and traditional protocol colors for the death of an individual which is why I chose the given selection. The portal process had no issues, and it seems like N 4 or 5-star website. I ordered a bouquet for my wife on the occasion of our wedding anniversary to be delivered to our hotel in Hyannis which we are visiting from the UK. The hotel couldn’t supply a vase so I requested the bouquet be delivered in a vase which Paramount were happy to do. The bouquet was delivered on the day I requested and is absolutely beautiful. The flower palette and colors are really nice! Customer service could have been a little better when I called to confirm it was delivered I was told they should’ve been delivered which wasn’t very reassuring but all was well. Some flowers look a little withered & could have been fresher. The vase inside was not wrapped with a leaf like the photo which would’ve added a nice touch. The hand writing on the card looked a little rushed. If it’s handwritten I think it should be very polished and if not I’d prefer it be typed. But overall I’d say 7.5 out of 10

Disappointed. I chose the designer choice at $300, which for other floral designers works well because it is enough of budget to get creative with an interesting selection of flowers. My MIL received a vase full of hydrangeas and lilies in a basic composition. I will not send flowers from here again.

I was very pleased with the customer service I received when I called in this order from GA for a cousin about to have eye surgery. The doctors had not been able to guarantee success. She is totally blind in one eye and could end up totally blind in the second eye.

Ordered a beautiful arrangement for my Aunt's funeral service in Yarmouth on Saturday. I live on the west coast so these flowers were my only way of being there. I was told that they would be delivered Friday evening as the florist is closed on Saturdays and not to worry. I asked for a picture of an arrangement that was being sent to a widow of a veteran’s organization. I have done this on behalf of the organization in the past working with other florists on the Cape. As expected, some arrangements are spectacular and others are very disappointing. I asked that I receive a picture of the arrangement. this request was agreed to and it was noted on the receipt. However, I never received a picture and may never find out if the arrangement was worth the cost.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
