Frankly, I was a bit disappointed. The recipient sent me a photo of the bouquet, and it looked like the roses were already in full bloom. They will be wilting in a day or two. I thought that $100 would buy something better.

I called on Saturday to make the staff aware of a change of delivery address. The lady I spoke to specifically said that the flowers wouldn’t be delivered until Monday, which we both agreed on. Imagine my surprise to get the notification that the flowers were delivered. I’m just hoping that our friend hasn’t been discharged, and received the flowers.

The flowers were lovely, however they were ordered and not delivered until late afternoon the next day. Before they were even delivered the delivery driver called and was very upset and short on the phone because she wasn't able to locate the address. I find this very rude and unacceptable. She was frustrated that we were not able to provide her better directions.

The flowers were absolutely gorgeous. The problem was that the card with them was for someone else. My mom didn’t know who the gorgeous flowers were from or if they were even meant for her. Website and answering machine said they were open on mothers day to pick up flowers. After calling multiple times and driving to the location I was unable to get my order.

Was separated from my wife on our anniversary. Me in Michigan and her at our daughter's home in Scottsdale. Sent flowers from their website to be delivered. There was less greenery and flowers in the Bouquet that I received. They flowers are fresh but disappointed in the fact that I paid for the upgraded Bouquet and got less flowers. I love this florist and will use them in the future. But very disappointed.

I am so impressed with this florist. I prefer to call a local company directly so they do not have to pay the third party fees. It was easy to order on their website, but I called them the next day about a delivery to my daughter's work place for her 25th birthday. They made sure to get the arrangement to her before she got off work and it was beautiful! Lots of times the actual flowers aren't as full and pretty as the picture, but these were even better. We do not leave our flowers out due to the heat. Our protocol is to redeliver the next delivery day. We have contacted the recipient and have scheduled a delivery time that works for them :)

Received the pictures of the bouquet that were delivered and I originally thought the bouquet was less than satisfactory but the feedback from the customer was that she was very pleased with the quality and presentation of the flowers. She was equally as pleased as last years delivery; and that's what matters. Apologize for my earlier 1 star review (as it was based on the photo) and thank you for your follow up phone call. Our family wanted to show support to our friends in Scottsdale. Their family has been going through a hard trial with a suddenly unexpected illness and we are in Wisconsin- unable to be present, I did some research on local florists. Saw a picture of the delivered arrangement - personal opinion but better than the stock photo. The roses are really that color and the mix of cabbage and succulents add a great foil to the theme. I chose to support local business instead of going with one of the larger floral companies and what a disappointment that was. The name of this arrangement is Lavender Beauty. I purchased specifically for the Lavender and there was no Lavender whatsoever. Very disappointing and a total waste of money for the finished product received.

Update: I received a prompt phone call from Michael at Paradise Valley Florist. He was extremely apologetic for my experience. Although I was not particularly impressed with my purchase. The customer service and earnest conversation I had with Michael was quite the opposite. I would more than likely give them another chance.

I've always had a few recurrent issues with florists in the past. No one ever answers the phone, or my delivery isn't on time, or the arrangement isn't what is pictured.

I experienced NONE of these things with this company. Because I've had issues in the past I called early on the day of expected delivery to make sure the flowers got out. After that was confirmed, I called again in the afternoon because they hadn't arrived yet and I was afraid the recipient wouldn't get to enjoy them in time and they called the driver of the delivery van to make sure I was going to get my flowers. I've NEVER experienced customer service like that with a florist. I was a legit pain in the ass with my constant calling and they were kind, super accommodating, and patient with me.

I haven't even mentioned the fact that they were the MOST BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS I've ever seen. The arrangement was just like, if not better than the photographs on the website and THAT NEVER HAPPENS. I was blown away.

I won't be needing to search for a florist anymore. I won't be going anywhere else, this place forever has my referrals and business.

wasn’t very impressed. ordered a custom bouquet of gerber daisies, filler flowers, and tulips. I made sure to state the tulips were her favourite flower and they didn’t put any! They replaced the tulips with lilies when that wasn’t anywhere in what i ordered.

The roses looked beat up, like seconds and not first quality, and some of the accent greens also looked they had been around a few days. Was not delivered to the exact specifications or arrangements as shown. They did not send me two milk and honey bath bombs. Instead, they sent me a lavender bath bomb and some other random one. They also sent me two flower pettles not an actual flower with my box. They sent lavender scented drops not orange as advertised and I dislike lavender. I could very well call my bank and file a claim with my financial institution and i just might. Ridiculous. I paid 109 or more for what I ordered in total, specifically for an anniversary. I hate to give bad reviews but have no choice. I have used this florist a few times in the past and her arrangements never look the same in person as they do online.
I sent the blushing beauty arrangement to a girlfriend that had just had a baby girl. Upon delivery, the flowers looked old and the arrangement looked NOTHING like the photo. I wish I had the option to share a photo with this review so you could see what I'm talking about -. For $100 I expect better quality and for the arrangement to look like the photo. If I knew the arrangement was going to look the way it did, I never would have picked it.

Beautiful arrangement! First looked at 1800 flowers for a spring arrangement but their tulips didn't impress me. Then I thought, well, this is a local delivery, will call a local florist. I recently had a great experience with PV florist. I live in Atlanta and was ordering for a friend in Scottsdale. We encountered a few glitches along the way (recipient's name not on call box for gated neighborhood, recipient not at home...) and I was contacted by PV florist every step of the way. The fault was entirely mine and they were SO friendly and polite. I believe they even remade the arrangement since it took a few days longer than expected to get it to the recipient (through no fault of theirs). I am always nervous when I send flowers because unfortunately they often look nothing like the image you select - but in this case, they arrangement was almost identical! Another thing I really liked was how they sent a photo of the actual arrangement in their delivery confirmation email. I will definitely be a repeat customer and highly recommend!

The recipient sent photos of the flowers that day and they were stunning. However sent me a text the day after saying that all of the Hydrangeas were dead which made up half the arrangement.
Paradise sent an Orchid as replacement telling the recipient that they were have trouble with the Hydrangeas. I guess a phone call telling me that there were issues and steering me into another arrangement would have been appreciated and preferred.

I ordered them for my cousin's 16th birthday and she said they were gorgeous and sent me a picture; they looked just as they appeared online. The flowers came on a cute handwritten card. Flowers were delivered on Friday for a Saturday memorial that started at 1pm. The floral arrangement was almost completely wilted, plenty of water but all the hydrangeas were completely gone. Lilies had not opened, very disappointing and embarrassing. So half wilted other half not even opened, looked awful.

Placing the order was very easy and convenient. I was hoping the flowers would arrive to my daughter early on her birthday. By 2:50pm I called to see what had happen to my order as they had not been delivered. I thought PVF closed at 3:00pm. They told me they had to wait for a delivery of flowers and she would get them by 5:00pm. She did not receive them until after 6:00pm.They were beautiful. I ordered sunflowers so they would last a long time. My daughter called me 24hrs later saying the flowers were dying. The replacement flowers were in a very very small vase. Extremely petite, and NO sunflowers. My daughter was very disappointed, and so am I. Maybe a small refund would have been nice, since I paid good money in hopes of a nice surprise.
