|First off thank you for the flowers and delivery.
The person it was gifted for did like the colours and found the arrangement interesting because she found the bouquet looked new and different from every angle, also she found the centre piece flower original and magnificent.
What was disappointing is that a mere 4 days later more than half had wilted, there was no plant food included with the flowers, is that a factor?
For myself I ordered the flowers and mentioned it was for my sweety and my complaint is that I found the bouquet looked quite impersonal and not 'romantic'. Rather it looked like a bouquet that would be found in a board room or professional setting.
We bought flowers from you in person last Christmas season and they lasted forever and were perfect so I guess that's a complication when ordering online.

|My mother is elderly and wasn't able to receive the flowers the day I asked them to be delivered. My father asked for them to be delivered the next day at noon -on Mother's day- a very busy day I'm sure.
Paradise did as he asked and delivered them at noon on Mother's day! I can't thank you enough for being so accomodating!

|You could save money by using the competitors that mail Mother's Day roses in a box but they do not include the vase which I have done twice before. Unfortunately with the competitors your mom has to have her own vase, fill it with water and then arrange the flowers herself. Also when you deal with these competitors, you run the risk that a couple of roses will be wilted because they didn't survive being in a box sitting in the mail which is what happened with my orders both times.
I prefer paying more for fresh roses hand delivered already arranged in a water filled vase by Paradise Flowers.
I plan on ordering Mother's Day flowers for my mom from now on from Paradise Flowers if they continue to provide the same quality flowers, the same quality hand delivery service and they keep their prices reasonable.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
