So, when she arrived that was the first thing she saw, perfectly presented in the vase. The flowers looked fresh, and amazing. I don’t know how they did that but it was worth it. I ordered an arrangement for a dear friends funeral. I chose tge designer’s choice. I was a bit disappointed when I saw it. The flowers that were used were not very fresh. It’s difficult when you are ordering from out of town and not familiar with a florist in the area. For the price I paid I did not get the quality I hoped for.

Sorry to hear you were disappointed in the arrangement. The arrangement was made fresh that morning with our freshest blooms. I wonder if something happened in transportation with it being cold & snowy out. We wrap everything but maybe the wind nipped the arrangement and froze it which sometimes happens when it is below 40. As for the size of the arrangement, it was filled to value with roses, lilies, hydrangeas, mums, bells of Ireland and filler. The cost of flowers/hard goods have increased like everything about 15%-20% more. I will also send you an email, if you would like us to send something to the family let me know we want to make you happy and stand by our product. - Carrie

The order was delivered on time, but the flowers were already wilted (especially the hydrangeas) and the roses were badly wilted 1 day later. The box it was delivered in was soaking wet.
We expect to have a new arrangement delivered- or a gift card for a new arrangement - or to be reimbursed.
After spending $$$ on a live flower arrangement, I expect it to arrive in beautiful condition and last for more than 1 day!

The flowers I ordered from you arrived to my mom in terrible shape, and had to be thrown out after three days. The order before that one wasn't very good either. If you weren't able to create an attractive, long lasting bouquet out of the choice I made online, I think you should have contacted me to give me other options that wouldn't have disappointed me and the recipient. I am going to stop for the time being sending flowers through you all. Maybe in a year or so, I will try again, since your past service was excellent.

So sorry to hear the flowers did not last for you. This order was from Mother's Day weekend but we will be more than happy to send a replacement arrangement. If this ever happens please contact us as soon as possible since it is a perishable product and we can send a replacement asap. All delivered arrangements have a preservative in the water already with a care tag with preservative attached to the cardette. I apologize if yours did not have one, typically preattached to every order. I sent you an email as well so please let us know if you would like that. Sorry for any disappointment want to correct this issue. Unfortunately, there have been some supply & quality issues due to weather and Covid in South America so we are working hard to continue to do our best in making beautiful fresh arrangements for our customers.

The roses ordered online were Lavender roses which sometimes can read more pink than purple naturally. We do state in the product description on our website that Lavender roses do have a pink undertone. The Roses were shipped to us on Friday the morning of delivery so they were fresh as can be. If there are any issues please let me know and we would be more than happy to replace them. There are some issues in the floral industry with the weather in South America and Covid affecting production and availability. I will also send you an email about this as well. You had previously stated in your email that you liked the flowers and they were nice quality. So I flagged your address so we did not knock again and just used the doorbell moving forward. Hello! I just saw your review and wanted to let you know that online we do have a disclaimer about a different vase being used for that arrangement (see below). We added a few more sunflowers to the arrangement since the vase is not available per product info.
We are having issues with Covid and getting shipments of certain glassware since most of the product is made in China manufacturing had stopped and inventory is at zero.
If the vase ever comes back in stock I would be more then happy to send her one at no charge or if you want I have a smaller vase that is the same but is smaller about a 6-inch height. Let me know if you want me to send that to her, Carrie

Very disappointed that the driver would not deliver the flowers to my daughter at her dorm. He called her on her cell and told her he had a lot of deliveries and it would be easier for her to meet him at the gate of her university. It was at least a 10 minute walk one way for her to go pick up her flowers from him. I paid for delivery and he sat there and waited for her to come and get her own flowers. It would have been less time for him to drive to her dorm than wait for her to walk to him.
I find that to be very unprofessional. The quality of some of the roses were disappointing also.

I selected Paradise Flower Market because of their location relative to our friends home and because of their customer review rating. Paradise Flower Market went above and beyond to deliver our sympathy floral arrangement. The delivery driver called twice to tell me that no one answered at the recipients home or their neighbors. He felt it was too hot to leave the flowers on the porch and offered to try to deliver the flowers the following day. I gave him our friends phone number and the driver called back a third time saying they answered, he found out what hospital they were at and he would deliver the flowers there. While the driver was calling me I was also getting emails from the florist telling me the status of the delivery.
Our friends texted later saying the flowers were beautiful and a picture of the flowers looked exactly like the example shown on the florists website.

She could have just gone with what I requested but her reaching out shows that she was concerned that the flowers look their absolute best for the services, which I truly appreciate. The arrangement had no pink carnations ! Looked nothing like the picture shown ! And the Lillys are still not opened at all ! So I bought flowers that never opened or looked good at all ! You put a bunch of fillers in the arrangement that were not even in the picture !
