Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. The corsage was absolutely beautiful. The employees that work at the shop were very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be coming back to purchase more flowers in the future!

Great service (quick turnaround) and beautiful product. Placed order for a specific setup and was promptly contacted within 10 minutes by "Lee" who informed me that the order I placed would have to be altered, as the specific flower arrangement was unavailable due to growing restrictions brought on by COVID. This type of communication is what makes a business stand out to me and make me want to come back. They were able to work with me and make it just to the specs and needs of what I was asking for (different color Rose's, but still an outstanding arrangement). Great customer service, great folks working here and great products. Order was placed on a Tuesday and was ready on Wednesady (Excellent Turnaround) Thanks again.
