Would have been nice if the florist called or emailed regarding an option or at least a warning about the container being different than pictured.
Also, the pictured has at least 4 types of succulents, and what was received was pretty homogenous, with only 2 varieties of succulents.
Ordered bouquet flowers for delivery and for a work event. Surpassed our expectations! The flower arrangements were full and beautiful. Wrapped and with a silk ribbon. Phone call to place the order was such an easy process. The attendant from florist asked all the right questions, worked with our budget and brought our vision to light. Highly recommend Paradise Florist.

I did like the arrangement. However I would prefer more of the tulips in the arrangement to be not so open for the recipient to have the ability to enjoy seeing them open. I saw a photo and only a few were at the stage where they could see the tulips open.

I tried calling to provide feedback but no answer. Unfortunately the pink flowers were severely discolored and appeared nearly wilted. Disappointed because this was a sympathy arrangement and it looked low quality/low effort. I tried reaching out yesterday too but no success.

Tremendous arrange to and service on v-day.
The main reason for this selection was the sunflowers which were not part of the order. Staff was apologetic for not communicating that sunflowers would not be available and changes would be made. Some flowers were a bit wilted, handle wasn’t as full with greenery, but the delivery did get there sooner then expected so i am happy about that.

Flower did not turn out to be like the one pictured. But it did turn out satisfactory. Would rather it look more closely like the picture. The vase was tall & elongated instead of round.

It seems impossible that the arrangement could be delivered as fast as it was. The flowers were fresh and not bruised on the very delicate petals. The pictures my wife sent me looked better than the pictures on the web!

I placed an order on-line around noon for a same day delivery. I also requested the flowers be delivered by 3 PM if possible. I was surprised that my order was received by the recipient with-in an hour of the placed order. She loved the flowers! I am totally pleased and would recommend this quality florist to everyone.
Undoubtedly online orders are time efficient especially if you want to order on a holiday or while on vacation. Online orders are also impersonal and orders are limited to options offered at pre-set price points. In this instance I did not receive the arrangement I expected for the price I paid when compared to previous funeral arrangements ordered from Paradise Florist. In summary convenient but lacks personal attention phone order customers are accustomed to receiving from Paradise. Thank you.

I looked up a few florists in the area and this one had the best online selection at the best prices and a very low delivery cost (which I was happy about since the destination was only a couple blocks away). Out of all my request they did not do 2 important ones. I asked for a photo of the delivery for my self. ( i am in northern california and was not able to see them in person. It was all an online order with extra detail to modify the design and I wanted to see the outcome of the arrangement and never got to see how it came out) also i asked to recieve a phone call the day it was delivered after a certain hour so I could ask a few questions on the delivery and I only recieves a email saying it was delivered.
Delivery was on time and my friend was thrilled. The orchids they sent were white (instead of the pictured pink orchids) but that was fine. The arrangement was gorgeous!
