This is such a versatile design that customers order for ever occasion from birthdays, to baby showers, to anniversaries, to sympathy. You can't go wrong with lots of color! In this arrangement the color will be variable, but we guarantee at least four unique colors and a bold, color-pop feel.
Concerning Seasonality:
As a seasonal, locally-focused florist, we have different product to work with each week. Our focus is on creating a unique piece for each customer, with blooms that are fresh from local farms and growers. While the flower varieties and colors may vary, the quality and freshness will always be the best. It is an honor to have our customers' trust and confidence in our abilities and artistic eye.
Delivery Policy (**PLEASE READ**):
Pick-ups at the studio are available after 2pm. Our daily delivery time frame is typically between 12-3 PM. Please specify if you require a certain delivery time and we will do our best to accommodate it, or we will call you if we cannot.
We gently ask that those ordering flowers please be sure to include whether or not there is a gate we may need a code for.

About the Shop
Art over Assembly Line
Our flowers are cut fresh, conditioned, arranged by us and delivered to you from flower farms in California, not shipped and cold stored across thousands of miles. Papillon Floral Design is not affiliated with typical shipped flowers from an 800 service or the supermarket.
Each arrangement is a hand-crafted work of art. Which means you can enjoy the happiness flowers bring with peace of mind, knowing you are contributing to the beauty of your environment vs. the negative impact of commercial flowers.
With this in mind, we offer mostly seasonal "designer's choice" designs, allowing our customers to choose a desired color palette and feel. Our customers choose to order with us over and over knowing we'll always provide something fresh, unique, sustainable, and stunning within the color palette they select. This supports our philosophy of art over assembly line, which allows us to buy only what's fresh and in-season. This also allows us as designers to stay flexible and creative in our work. We love working with our customers and your trust and belief in us means everything.
Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

In my decades of buying flowers this is likely the first time the actual flower arrangement looked *better* than pictured. Most importantly, my life absolutely loves them. And I originally had set them for delivery on one day but had to change it; I emailed Papillon my somewhat last minute request and they called me back saying it was no problem and they made the change. I will for sure by from them in the future, and you should too!

I highly recommend Papillon. On a recent visit from Ohio to Santa Rosa, I visited Papillon and was impressed with the quality and style of their floral work. When I wanted to thank my host in Santa Rosa, I thought first of Papillon and checked their online store for help. The ordering process was clear and easy to use; I felt included in the delivery process as I received updates through the delivery. I even received a phone call from the person who delivered when a slight hiccup occurred (which was my error). My host shared a picture of the floral arrangement she received and I couldn’t be happier with it!

We ordered the “Colorful” Seasonal Designer’s Choice for a friend recovering from surgery. They were not only beautiful, but more than we expected. This wasn’t your typical florist bouquet. It was artful and obviously assembled with love. If you haven’t read about Papillon Floral’s philosophy, you should. They believe in living with our planet not just on it. And their beliefs are reflected in their gorgeous arrangements. I applaud you Papillon Floral!!
