The bouquet was quite nice, I liked it, and it matched the picture on the website. However, the stuffed toy was not what I ordered. I had chosen a classic medium-sized white teddy bear, but instead I received some sort of hybrid toy with red rose petals instead of white fur. Maybe some people would find it attractive, but not me. I ordered a specific toy and I believe I should have received exactly that.
The situation with the chocolates was the same as with the toy: I ordered one particular option, but received a different one.
That’s why I think three stars is a fair rating. This was my first and also my last order — I will not be buying from this store again. I paid $300, left a tip, and yet the staff couldn’t even put together the order correctly according to what the customer requested.

I always worry when ordering flowers online. I've been burnt before with wilted bouquets that bear no resemblance to the online pictures.
However, I fell behind and needed some flowers. I took a risk on this local Sunnyvale business.

The flowers were beautiful but the card they wrote my note on was literally printed on the back of some invoice they had lying around and it made the expensive flowers look very cheap because it had my note then behind it was some invoice that was torn off of the larger piece of paper on one side of the card. It doesn't cost much to get proper cards to write the notes on especially when I'm paying over $110 for flowers to be delivered. I believe we're talking pennies for a proper small card or at the very least have it be on a blank sheet of paper that was cleanly cut. Really does not make me want to consider this shop again.

Ordered at 2am night before (so same day) to be delivered that day. The delivery came late morning (so matter of hours really) later that day, and the recipient said the bouquet was beautiful, and it was priced much better than other competitors I researched. EVEN MORE IMPRESSIVE is the fact that I GAVE THE WRONG STREET NUMBER! (an address that did not even exist) and the drive called me from the street but I missed call, yet waited there for a bit, and actually ended up somehow finding her/her address, providing her the flowers and verbally conveying the message, all before I could call back. Some places would just leave it at the nearest door, or wait a couple m minutes and leave, but not these guys apparently. Also liked that I was able to add a long note (not super limited character amount as with many florists) wishing the recipient a happy birthday and conveying my sentiments. Would highly recommend this place for quality of product, great price, quick turnaround, and incredibly good customer service/delivery people. They are the cat's pajamas. (and no I do not, nor know, anyone that works here, or have any other association- first and only time ive contacted them, but not the last).

The custom bouquet I ordered was really well done and delivered really quick despite it being a same day delivery. My only issue was that when I placed my custom order on the website, I requested the bouquet to be a set of succulents instead. However it seems like the information was lost or my request was ignored since they made a bouquet of flowers instead. So for now if you want to submit a custom order calling might be better it seems.

I never actually saw the final product, but I heard back that they were very appreciated. My mom was recently diagnosed with cancer, so she's dealing with quite a bit at the moment. I ordered the largest size Orchids in a Vase for my son and daughter-in-law's anniversary. Little did I know that the largest size is NOT ALL ORCHIDS, but has other flowers as fillers. In this case, they were white hydrangeas, which looked out of place. I wrote to Paola's Flowers twice, but they did NOT bother to reply. My only complaint was the notecard, I should have requested for the card to be printed instead of handwritten. The note was scribbled with error mistakes, and the message did not fit at the front. I didn't see a picture of the actual arrangement I purchased. I talked to the florist about the size of this arrangement and he assured me it would be lovely. Another tropical flower was chosen by the florist because anthuriums weren't available. The receiver of this arrangement said they were beautiful.

Thank you so much for delivering a product just as it was advertised online. I wanted to use a local florist and Paola's Flowers did not disappoint. I stopped by my aunts house to see the flowers and they were even more beautiful than pictured on the website. The roses were premium flowers, nothing like you see in the local grocery store. There were big, plump, perfect edges. The best part is, it was very affordable. Paola's prices are the best in town and I will be using this florist again.

Wishes that were to be written by you on a card were not typed as advertised in italic fonts but by hand and with a wrong word. Instead of "pot" was written "pop". Nobody reviewed the card before sending out.

I am okay with the arrangement that I ordered, but a bit disappointed in the use of so much filler greenery and the use of less roses and "cheaper" common flowers. I felt if the choice of flowers were limited, then more flowers should have been substituted. I don't think the arrangement sent was worth the money spent.
On a positive note I am pleased that it was delivered on the day it was requested.
