I sent these to a friend for her birthday and they exceeded all expectations. The picture doesn't do them justice. They were absolutely gorgeous. She was thrilled with them. They sent me a picture of them the day before they were delivered which was so thoughtful. It's so rare and refreshing to have a company that actually cares about customer service. The flowers are besutiful. I selected panage because they are a local businesd that I have used since my high school prom in 1993. That said, this was the very firdt timebI had them deliver while I was out of town. The instructions had my telephone and the recipients phone. The recipient was home all dsy on her birthday. Neither number was called, the doorbell was never heard and the flowers were left on the doorstep on a hot day for how many hours? I will never do the delivery from here again. The flowers were pretty but.... Not calling on a hot day could have been a huge problem

Thank you for preparing such a beautiful arrangement. The recipient says" The extravaganza of orchids, birds of paradise and exotic blooms just arrived, and it is stunning. The arrangement is 3-1/2 ft tall and 2-1/2 feet wide and is in an elegant double-level square, black ceramic Asian vase. It is sitting on a glass console table in my living room, in front of a huge wall mirror and is truly a work of art. The colors are truly beautiful. The florist deserves an award for this creation."

Ordering was a bit weird, but got the order done. When my mother got the order, half the flowers were almost dead. I would not order from them again. If the flowers were alive and vibrant, would have been a beautiful bouquet.

This thing was delivered within about 5 hours from online order and it was gorgeous! Like a total flowergasm and I felt like the florists really outdid themselves/took the "my mom's favorite color is blue" comment to heart. Truly the most beautiful flowers I've ever sent (or received for that, matter). I will certainly be using Panage in the future, I'd rather spend little more and get art than something very generic.
