I placed my order to deliver on Mother’s Day (Sunday). They took it upon themselves to deliver it on the Wednesday prior. My mom said she was bombarded with phone calls from the company without clear explanations as to what they wanted. They ultimately just dropped off the flowers at random. My mom also said that the flowers weren’t fresh. By the time Mother’s Day came around, they had already started to wilt. She really disliked the service and it created more of a headache for her than the gift it was supposed to be. I won’t be using this service again. They offer great prices but will deliver whenever they please and the flowers aren’t good quality.

Very very very Unhappy - per John and Hector.
John said my order was delivered, and it was not for Friday 2/12/21.
On Saturday 2/13/21per Hector my order was canceled. But said my order will be delivered 2/14/21.
We will see.
This is why I place my original order on 2/26/21 so... I would not have this problem. And asked for the delivery be for 2/12/21.

Flowers were delivered a day early without even notifying me (or recipient) beforehand. They arrived the day before recipient's birthday and were left outside the gate (despite instructions to call recipient if gate was closed. The gate was supposed to be open on the scheduled arrival date). The flowers were luckily discovered by the recipient hours later after their early delivery.

I ordered The flowers for my moms birthday. I live Out of state and haven’t been able to see her. The flowers were scheduled for May 31st, her birthday. My mom called me a couple days before the scheduled delivery to thank me for the flowers because they delivered them two days early which was confusing to me because no one had called me or contacted me in any way from your flower shop to let me know this was happening. And then on May 31st, i literally Get an email from you guys that you JUST successfully hand delivered my flowers ON may 31st. Which was definitely not the case. I would have appreciated a phone call or email letting me know why the flowers were not delivered when scheduled as well as why you guys sent an email that was completely inaccurate of what happened.

Wish I could say that my first experience with Panache went well. Honestly, it went horribly! I have notified Bloom nation, and included the receipt I received from Panache- which claimed that my flowers were sent on my requested date of May 9 (for Motgers Day), even though the receipt Confirming that my flowers had been sent was delivered to my email four days before that ( making it an obvious lie that the delivery was handled on the date I had requested and paid for)! The flowers were actually sent to my mom almost a week earlier than requested. I also ordered the “premium bouquet” of my choice, and when I saw what was delivered to my mother, I was shocked at how small the bouquet was for $90 . Honestly...? The “regular size” OK must’ve been the size of a tea cup. Never again! My Advice to potential customers? Go elsewhere!

Flowers were ordered on Tuesday for a delivery on Friday (valentines day) flowers were delivered on Wednesday instead of Friday. Order clearly said Friday!! When called the store was passed over and hung up on and seemed like no one wanted to help resolve the matter. Oh and also I ordered the premium that according to online said it included baby breath and well that didn’t happen either. Terrible terrible customer service and will not be using this place and will also be telling others of my experience!!

The arrangement was wrong, a supermarket one would be better. When I called I was told the store was closed at 3:30 on the 24th. They would bring more flowers on the 26th. Too late the dinners were the 24 and 25th. In addition was told the arranger decided to make changes, fewer flowers. I had upgraded to get more flowers. Would not recommend buying from this florist.

Well, I ordered on a Friday for delivery on Monday morning. The place to deliver was not even one mile away from the shop. They did not deliver in the morning. I called Panache and was told it was delivered already on Sunday. Not true! The delivery happened on Monday afternoon. AND, some (10%) flowers were already in a bad shape.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
