Beautiful flowers! Were ready at pickup time.
Gorgeous arrangement was delivered for a get well occasion. As a sender I appreciate that the florist sent a picture of the actual arrangement before delivery.

This was so tiny and did not look like the pictures. It only had two roses and hydrangea on a tiny vase. Overall not as pictured and too small of a bouquet for the price. The option I chose said “standard” not “mini.” I understand everything is more expensive in the Palisades, but I think the website and lack of description about sizes is just dishonest. I was disappointed when I saw the arrangement.

We ordered a bouquet for my friends birthday and they are just gorgeous.
Palisades Flowers impressed me so much as they sent a photo of the flowers so that I could see what it looked like and even notified me after they had been delivered. I was able to request a delivery window when I knew my friend would be home and they did that as well.

Often times I've ordered flowers online and just pray that they turn out half as nice as they appear. Palisades Flowers was the first florist that exceeded all expectations. The beautiful flower arrangement was even better than I expected. Their ordering system was easy to use; and I received a picture of the arrangement when it was prepared so I knew exactly what was being delivered. The flowers were gorgeous. I was absolutely impressed and will definitely use them again!

This is pretty, but not the same colors as the "Seabreeze" that was pictured online. It's way more muted. Also, the delivery person called me and left a message...something about not being able to deliver to the patient directly, but I couldn't understand what he was saying. So that was a little concerning.

Hi, I loved the colors and flowers in the arrangement but I ordered the deluxe, and paid for the delux, but all that was added were a few springs or what looked like branches. But It was satisfactory. Just don't think I got what I ordered.

Palisades Flowers was an absolute pleasure to work with! I live in another state and sent an arrangement to my father in CA. I love that the arrangements are so lush without the usual junky fillers that many florists use. Palisades gave me regular updates about my order. When one of the components of the arrangement wasn't in-season, they let me know that the designer chose a beautiful substitute. Everything was so easy, and the flowers were delivered to my father on time. I have never had such a delightful experience with any other florist - I will definitely use Palisades again!

I chose Palisades Flowers based on good reviews and could not be happier with what the florist produced. I paid for a deluxe (extra $40), but it looked the same as the standard photo. No extra flowers and the arrangement looked looser than the photo. Not impressed

While I haven't seen this arrangement as it was a gift for someone else the online process for ordering was easy except that there are so many choices it's hard to decided!

The flowers that were delivered are exquisite; however, the arrangement is very different from the one pictured. It was also ridiculously overpriced which would definitely make me think twice before ordering again, even though the flowers were beautiful.
I need to revise my earlier review as I recently had the opportunity to go visit my daughter, the recipient of the flowers, and while the arrangement is not as pictured, it is actually BETTER and quite exquisite, in addition to being much larger than it appeared in her photograph of it to me. While very pretty, the arrangement was more cut flowers than orchid. It included 3 open red roses which did not seem to fit with what was supposed to be a more contemporary arrangement.

Beautiful arrangement. The buying process was one of the best online processes. I'd normally want to talk to the florist, but I'm out of state and my schedule meant I needed to order before the shop opened. It was an easy ordering process, and I got updates when the arrangement was done, (with a pic of the final product) and again when it had been delivered. I specifically picked this arrangement because it was for a man and the vase was a style they have in their home. OH WELL. I guess when you order online you just take your chances. I never heard from them if it was received or from the florist if it was delivered. I do not like calling the recipient to see if they received them because it sounds like I am fishing for a compliment.
I loved the service! I placed an order to arrive on Saturday after Thanksgiving, but since the shop was closed, the owner called me and offer me to cancel my order or to make a free upgrade for my arrangement and deliver it on Monday. I chose the latter and I'm glad I did, it was gorgeous!
