Flowers were beautiful but the card was not included with the delivery thus leading to confusion on who sent them.

Arrangements was less than perfect. Looks like they fell out of the vase and were stuffed back in without much care. Delivered on the wrong day (one day early.) The receipt clearly stated the delivery date but the delivery instructions with the arrangement had the incorrect delivery date. I ordered balloons with this arrangement and got one. It was nice, and I am OK with one but the web site shows a balloon bouquet which is a bit deceiving. This is the second time I have had delivery problems. Not again!

The bouquet in a basket that I ordered for a funeral was so beautiful! It was bigger than I imagined and there were so many more flowers than shown on the picture. My special request was fulfilled and I received a phone call from the florist to clarify its delivery. So thankful I chose you!

Apparently the delivery people received the WRONG address.
The first digit of the 4 digit house number they claim got lopped off so the delivery man wasn't able to deliver the flowers on Friday May 25th. They called and said it would be delivered Saturday May 26th. So we're waiting...

Excellent Customer Service! I ordered this for someone in the hospital, but didn't realize they couldn't receive flowers on their floor. So I called the shop and they said they call the hospital daily, until it can be received by the patient.

Paeonia Floral is absolutely AMAZING!
They noticed that the lilies in the Bouquet I sent my wife weren't holding up the way they liked. (They had some leftovers in their shop)
They took it upon themselves to send over a different bouquet until they could receive a shipment of new lilies to remake her originally ordered bouquet. The new bouquet was of the highest quality and lasted a very long time!!!!
Best customer service EVER. Will ALWAYS order from Paeonia Floral now.

Paeonia Staff were great! Ordered online to be sent to a Robbinsdale hospital, and had put the wrong address on order. They called me, corrected the error and got the beautiful boquet delivered that day!

I ordered these flowers for one of our admin assistants and asked that no lilies be added to the arrangement and when it was delivered, it had lilies in it. I call and they took care of me right away and sent replacement flowers which were beautiful. The manager at Paeonia was wonderful to deal with and I will be ordering from them again!

The flowers were very nice and delivery was on time, but they forgot the balloon that was supposed to go with it. This wasn't really a big deal, but then things went awry. I requested a refund for the $5 I paid for the balloon. No biggie, but figured if I didn't get it, why should I pay for it? No response. I followed up, then got a response that I could have a refund OR $10 another purchase. I don't send flowers often, so said please just refund the money. It's been 2 months since then and I haven't seen a refund. Whatever. It's only $5 but it's the principle of the thing...

I was very disappointed in the fact that my floral order was not delivered on the day I asked for it --then I expected them to be delivered early the next morning and it got to the reciepent at about 11:00 and she leaves the office at noon!!! Probably won't use Paeonia again.
